I LOVE Toriyama's comedy episodes, so I'm hoping against hope that it'll be comedic. Unfortunately I don't get that impression one way or the other from the trailer. Dragonball usually falls flat on trailers IMO, the exception being the most recent movie. Still gonna hope, but this particular trailer left me underwhelmed at best.
How are y’all not excited for new content 😂 of course we all wanted super back but if you’re going to shit on daima at least wait till you see the first episode. I’m doubting y’all are even hardcore fans
Because I'm such a big fan is why I want quality content, not just ANY content. That being said I'm hoping that this will be a comedy, but I'm not getting that impression from the trailer. A comedy might work, but rehashing a concept that already failed once will not. That being said, I'll still watch it. I just don't see myself counting down to watching the simulcast each week like I did for Super.
I wasn't expecting you guys to be so sceptical. Either way, i hope it delivers.
Dragon Ball has Great Hits and Worse Misses most times. We are hopeful but nothing here has given me reason to think this will be great

can you give us something to be cheerful about with the future of dragon ball..?
You know what? I think we will, thanks for the idea

Not shitting on it but not excited. We will watch it and give it a chance we are just going on what was presented here and hoping we are wrong
