Aislinn, does AF (that’s not a great abbreviation LOL) fade away to white or am I going HAVE TO bleach it out, color remove or Vit c it away? Would appreciate anyone’s experience as I’m platinum blonde and Overtone screwed me over SOOOOO BAD with their Honey Brown. Faded to Easter Marshmallow Peeps YELLOW and than heaven I only did bottom from ears down but still had to CUT about 5-6”. Bitter......hell yeah. They’ve NEVER EVER answered me and it’s not like I wanted my money Back! Was just gonna ask if anyone else had that issue and what did they do. Bitter just writing this. Bitter x 100. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. Thx ♥️. Venting done. Bill me for psych session.😘
I love how the darker colours in the front two pieces of your hair are around your eyes. They really accentuate your eyes and it almost looks like your eye makeup is continuing in your hair! 💕

about a month ago i big timed damaged my hair. thought i was gonna cut off a couple inches after spending this whole year growing my hair back out and i really didnt want to so i came to this video. i bought about 4 of the products you recommended and my hair already feels and looks so much better!! i cant thank you enough for this video!!! i always see people say theres no fixing damaged hair, you just have to cut it off but with these products, there is hope lol

I’ve stopped using conditioner, I use hair masks every time I wash my hair. You can never use too many hair masks especially with lightened hair. I like the Kevin Murphy young masque the best.

I did that for a long time then on a whim tried renpure strengthening and thickening conditioner (already use the shampoo) and my hair feels 1000x better and looks better. And it smells like a summer day

I live in Florida and never thought about protecting my hair color from the heat/sun by using heat protection products. Duh! Why didn't I think of that. Thank you so much for the tips. Your hair color looks f@$king amazing - especially the front rainbow pattern.

Omg thank you SO much for posting this! I’ve been wanting to use better hair care products but had no idea what to use. After trying to remove my artificial color my hair is an absolute mess 😭
Whenever I have fresh color I usually mix water and shampoo in an applicator bottle and only hit my roots with it (while hair is dry) and scrub that way only where it needs to be washed gets it and the excess usually cleans the rest of it enough while rinsing
I absolutely love Ions Repair line. I've used almost all of the repair products. They have helped my hair sooo much and absolutely love it. I'm a Ion addict lol
Oil! Oil! Dry shampoo! Yassss! I am also in the nearly never wash club, and my hair is so healthy. When I wash I’m washing the roots, where the dandruff can build, the oil is etc. cold water allllllways! I use Frizz Ease oil on my ends, and I use the green bottle Treseme shampoo/ conditioner. They are inexpensive and works really well and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I also use the treseme dry shampoo with the neon green cap or right now I’m using Not Your Mothers, which seems to work well. I also use Not Your Mothers beach wave spray to boost my waves!

Yassss!!! My go to is Redken Anti Snap Range - shampoo, conditioner, mask and leave in. Hands down saves my butt after bleaching my hair.

i highly recommend bioterra’s hydra source conditioner! when my hair feels dry after bleaching from the rundown it is a LIFE SAVER, my hair feels amazing after just five minutes of leaving it in, by far my favorite conditioner! i’ve been bleaching my hair for four years now and have pushed it to the very edge multiple times, the first two years i used exclusively 40 vol and last year with 20 vol i bleached my entire head twice in one day three touch up session in a row (seven bleaches in about six months 😬 thank you thick hair) just trying to get out some blue dye and because of this conditioner it still felt great, the only instant breakage i’ve ever had was the bottom half inch of my ends, and that was way after the blue removal, and was the one bleach session where i didn’t use the bioterra conditioner!

I love Ion colors shampoo and Ion Sealin Colors I my hair done in july 26 2019 about November try to fade it out the color are still in they are holding strong and fade some what.... in November I try ION shampoo repair and mass repair Well and nighttime Mass repair... I love it so much I will be getting done in my hair done in colors in March at salon. You do a lovely job on hair all the time it is so much fun have hair in colors and thank you for sharing. Just bought a bunch of products she mentioned. Going to remove the red I have and bleach it to do different colors. Hope it works for my hair !

you could also try using a co-wash between shampoos 🤷🏽♀️ my scalp gets MAD greasy it’s a life saver!
*AGREE* with the oil! I *ALWAYS* use Olaplex's Bonding Oil on top of Amika's The Wizard detangling primer ever since I've been bleaching. I *WISH* I could wash my hair less though
protein is honestly soooo important! i have 3b/3c hair and by default my hair has high porosity. for years i would deep condition but my hair strand just didn't feel strong enough and then i used a protein treatment n it completely changed my hair. i will definitely check out these protein products as well, thank uuuu

@Aka Aislinn. Hi! I've only recently been intro'd to you and am glad I have! I love your look and the ballsy way you approach your style and look! I also am a huge Arctic Fox can, currently rocking a virgin pink 'do. Hee, hee! "Virgin!". Gurl........!!!! Anyway, I used to be an assistant manager at Sally and am glad to see you using their product! But honey, lemme ask you, have you ever heard of Aphogee? If not, run down and grab a bottle. It's a true lifesaver in so many less steps. I decided once to go from a dyed dark brown to a light blonde and ended up with almost hickey looking sores on my scalp and my hair in the sink. This was pre-Sally employment days. What was left on my head was only saved with Aphogee. Saved well enough to allow for braids to be braided in so that my bald patches had time to regrow. I'd bet my life on Aphogee.

I’m a big joico fan, I’m Australian so we don’t have access to as many products, but I can always get their protein reconstructor AND the hydrating mask. I feel like using them alternatively as needed is the key.
I’ve been using a Shea moisture leave in (we only just got Shea moisture 🙄) and my hair feels beautifully thick and full.
I should wash wayyyy less though. I wash every two to three days because sweat mostly. How do you cope with going so long?

Have you ever tried the Aphogee 2 step protein treatment, it will stop breakage. Literally the best stuff for severely damaged hair.

Yoooo I bought the Loreal heat protecting spray after I watched this video & it is incredible. I used to use the CHI heat protecting spray & just happened to run out & watched this video & the Loreal one is sooooo much better.
What do you use to make your hair so wavy or is that natural? I LOVE it!!
I use Rene furterer's deep conditioning hair masks. I mix the absolute Keratine mask with their karite nutri. I let them sit on damp hair for about 2 hours with a processing cap and then rinse and finish with oribe gold lust nourishing hair oil while my hair is still damp on my ends. This helps when I over process my hair ans it gets a little eleastic. Once my hair is okay then I switch back to enyc and sauce to deep condition
Hello! Love this video, very educational! I have never dyed my hair and it is naturally dry and long (I should cut the ends but I love my long hair...) I get split ends and such, not sure if my hair is considered anything near the damage from your dying and bleaching, BUT my question would be what products would help me/frizz? If I use the ION shampoo it sounds like it’d helped the ends mend together but I dont want my hair falling off 😭 sorry if long, totally understand if you don’t get to me
I only wash my hair like 2 or 3 times a month too! Most people think I'm crazy but I have a red blonde split dye that likes to bleed into each other so I avoid it as much as possible!!!

So i have curly hair. And i haven't dyed my hair since summwr I do have bleached ends and healthy roots but I have allot of breakage and hair fall out . do you think protein treatment would help me?
Hey, what products do you use if your hair isn't falling out in clumps and which products are from Sally's and which ones are from Walmart.
I do a con wash once a week then shampoo the next week. It definitely feels better after the con wash. I may just wash it once a month but just use conditioner once a week and see how that fairs ✌
Never thought that heat protection also applies to heat from the sun, guess I’ll have to start using some in the summer when I go outside
I really recommend the bumble and bumble one! It’s UV protective.
I have always wondered about punky colors hair dye. I have wanted to try it and see if it's any good but never had the nerve lol. I know Arctic fox is great and I love pravana as well.

I’ve colored my virgin hair copper a few times using wella colors and 30 volume and then I used color oops twice (I’m going to get it colored back to a medium brown soon) so it’s pretty darn dry but not really stretchy like it was back when I over bleached! Do you think I should be using protein or not? I was using the ion repair bb cream for a while and the ion repair nutrient mask but just ran out of those so I think I’ll grab the ones you recommended!
I would use something more directed for moisture rather than protein 👍🏻 The ion deep conditioning mask would be good 💕💕
Hi ...firstly..love your hair and matching makeup..I live in Australia so all the products that you mentioned except for the anti snap are unavailable here. I have all the Olaplex products including shampoo conditioner and oil etc and the Aphoghee 2 step treatment. What is your opinion on these products..thankyou for informative video..hugs xx

Hi new subbie here.. 💞💖 ur hair colors.. Its awesome.. I am trying to color my hair again after a very bad bleached out hair experience.. Omg i thought i was going bold..i haf alot of breakage.. I have not touched my hair for 6 months.. U think it would be okay to color my hair with arctic color.. Im just to scared.. It is a semi color so no harsh to my hair.. I do use a wide brush.. And wash my hair 1 once a week.. And always wiyh cold water.. Seeing ur hair gives me HOPE.. Is it okay to use permanent hair color or stick with semi.. Ty and 💞💖 ur hair videos..
Do you have any tips for hair thinned at the roots? I used the color remover by joico and all my hair turned to goo and melted off and fell out and my hair has since been repairs enough to not be gooey and melt off but the roots are still thinned and you can notice the lack of hair there. Idk what to do, I use oils and bonding treatments to try and make the hair healthy enough to grow.
I would take hair vitamins, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. Also scalp massages are great to help promote blood flood 🥰👍🏻

Ant dandruff shampoo/ clarifying shampoo or medicated shampoo 💕
Tea Tree oil works well for that also,just dilute it in coconut oil. But be sure to do a patch test first in case of allergies.

I want to know how you get your rainbow hair to not bleed into the other colors. I love arctic fox but I can’t get my orange or red when I have it not to bleed into the yellow or pink and it drives me crazy
She just rinses it in super cold water
I just rinse in cold water and it never bleeds. You could wash it section by section if you want but that would take forever 💕

Hey Aka Aislin! Can you suggest something to help my hair stop falling out. I have Lupus and fibromyalgia and they both cause fallout. I just cut my hair I to a pixie because of the damage the diseases have done to it. I do color but I am very careful with it. I don't use heat. I stay inside as much as possible. Please, I need help!!
