Marwa pays his workers with his subscribers. This great although as Marwa knows himself. UA-cam takes time to build and make money from. Work should be paid in an agreed upon the amount. Marwa is a manipulator and people in the village or those who need help fall for it. Marwa says nothing after the arrangement fails. Because he will only expose himself.

I know its hard out there but yall villagers keep letting marwa use yall then dump yall on social media,. When will it stop. Everybody he meets he tells them to open up a channel. So whats wrong with filming when your not getting paid.
Figuratively speaking, You hit the nail on its head. Yes, it is a trend with Marwa. He used these poor people to work for him free of charge, some at cheap rate, and pay them by giving them “shout-out” on his channel. He pays many of them by helping them open open a UA-cam channel for subscribers to donate their hard earned money.
So many hardworking employees have left Marwa’s compound because he is very cheap and likes to use people and dump them when it comes time to pay them. Marwa is a very knowledgeable man, no one person knows everything.
the only knowledge he lacked was thinking he would get any gratitude from the people he helped. Very few human is grateful most of them will try to bring you down at the first opportunity because they want what you have without putting on the hard work to obtain it. Jelousy and envy will always get the better of them, even as they are laughing with you they are plotting against you.
