    Fish cutlets are a spicy and savory bite, perfect for any time of the day.
    your party spread just wouldn’t be the same without these appetizers.
    With step by step instructions, you can easily make these fish cutlets at home.
    Ingredients
    250g boiled fish
    250g Boiled potatoes
    50g of Small Onions
    2 Green chilies
    1tsp Chilli Flakes
    1/2 tsp Black pepper
    4 clove
    2 Garlic
    1 Large Egg
    Salt to taste
    curry leaves
    Bread Crumbs
    Oil to fry

    තැම්බූ ලොකු අල 250g
    රතු ලූනු ගෙඩි 50g
    අමුමිරිස් කරල් 2
    කරපිංචා ඉති 1
    සුදුලූනු බිකි 4
    එන්සාල් 4
    මිරිස් 1 tsp
    බිත්තර 1
    ගම්මිරිස් 1/2 tsp
    පාන් කුඩු
    බැද ගැනීමට තෙල්
    Method:
    Peel off the boiled potatoes and mash them into small pieces.
    Do same to tin fish.
    Chop green chilies, garlic, curry leaves and cardamom.
    Add chilli flakes, black paper, salt, chopped green chillies, garlic, curry powder and cardamom to the mashed fish and mix well.
    Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion a bit.
    Add Fish mixture and mix well to combine.
    Let this cutlet mixture cool down around 30 mins.
    Add some lime to taste and mix.
    Finally, add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Add some salt to taste and mix.
    Make small cutlet balls from this mixture. From these ingredients we can make around 20-25 medium sized balls.
    First dip these balls in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
    Finally, heat oil and fry cutlet until they become golden brown.
