I bought a Kerfus as soon as I could since I love him (and need him to make Omega Kerfus). Business as usual until he runs out of battery. Happens all the time. The deadline to get those signals sent in was fast approaching, so I had to charge him quick. When I went to plug him in, he was gone. I was confused and concerned, but I had a deadline breathing down my neck. I told myself I'd look for him after I sent the signals in. After my crunch period was over, I set out into the forest. Once I got far enough in, I heard a meow. It sounded like my beloved Kerfus, but something was... off. That's when the music kicked in. Just as I exited the forest, I heard the unmistakable sound of Kerfus whirring his way over to me. I turned around to see a broken bloodied Kerfus heading out of the forest and right towards me. I was frozen with fear. I watched in horror as it stabbed me to death. After that, I cried. As pathetic as it sounds, that was all my body could think to do after that. I haven't touched the game since then. I know I have to go back. I know it won't leave me alone until I put it out of its misery. I just don't know if I can do it. When you take something lovable and innocent and warp, twist and corrupt it to such a degree, that is how true horror is made. A scary monster made from scratch pales in comparison to something you find safe and comforting _becoming_ the monster.
Phase 3 sucked to deal with, died 3 times trying to kill Murderfur before looking up how to kill the damn thing. Ended up exploiting it by grabbing its wheel and dragging it all the way back to my base in phase 1 while zig-zagging so it wouldn't be able to stab me, then beat it up in the basement until it fell over to go into phase 2, and in that window of inactivity I shoved it in the incinerator and let them cook for a while. It didn't kill or damage them but it destroyed their wheel, effectively making them harmless from a distance. Later dragged it to the stairs using a half hook and molotov'd it to death and fixing the pipes afterwards.
