If it was a factory GT it had to be either an A code or K code. The dealership would order the base cars and ad the GT package. The core support will have a lip on the holes where the GT light wires run as they are pressed from the factory and the dealership would drill the holes. Also only production GT will turn on taillights when only the GT lights are turned on. Also the production GT will have original duel exhaust brackets under the back seat. Only done on the production line as it’s part of the floor pan. Love the video. I personally own a 1966 production GT that I’ve emailed you several times about looking to sell.
I worked in a steel factory for 24 years. We had massive forklifts that would move over 6 tons at a time. I have seen the forks break off, hydraulics fail, the weight shift causing the load to transfer, all causing the full load to slam to the ground in an instant. Never, under any circumstance, walk under there!
Your comments about the convertible. The interior could be standard or deluxe with the GT package. Engines did not dictate the interior. You could get the deluxe interior with the 6 cylinder. 1967 was the ONLY year that you could get the GT package with a C code 2 bbl. That is why you did not see the GT rear valence on this car, because with the two barrel you only got single exhaust. I always knew that you could get a 2 barrel GT, but this is the first time that I have ever laid eyes on one. I have been in the hobby for almost 45 years and this is the first one I have seen, crazy rare! I have a '66 coupe, second owner for the last 43 years. Sauterne Gold with a ton of options and all the original paperwork including the window sticker and bonus, mint condition original interior. Good luck on the restoration of this car!
Quad exhaust tips, and a GT pop-open gas cap were additional options on top of the GT package, that's why you have a twist on GT cap, and a standard valance.
The TWILIGHT TURQUOISE falcon Futura is a '65. I had one back in the day the same color with a black bench seat interior and factory 4speed. LOVED that one!!
It happens all over the world. I don't see anything special in that. Just a 67 mustang with options that others didn't list on the form.. Well, never really been a ford guy even though I have owned two from that brand. Cheers from Finland
Oh, shit, I was absolutely freaked out by you guys going under the car on the forklift: NOT ADVISED!!😂 So many things can go wrong...PLEASE never do that again! We like you too much to go and hurt yourselves, Dennis and crew! ✌️❤️🙂🇨🇦
I still can’t get over that in the year 2024 you can still find these old cars sitting around in barns or in fields! Owners know these are classic cars worth big money so why leave them to rust away….
I always think how do all these people on youtube keep finding cars? How are they not out of cars yet? When are we going to run out of old cars to find?
@@hoffmaniaaa American Pickers tv show showed me that people keep all sorts of things and for a long time! Sure This find here could be staged to a degree…. but still people keep cars parked up even today in barns all over America… so Dennis will be busy for years to come
Love when you find something rare and Ford 2 v GT or later Mach 1 cars didn't always get dual tip exhaust from the factory Our high school car was a Indian fire red with a white interior 351 2v auto 1969 Mach 1 An abused car that had a piece of corrugated barn siding replacing one of the quarter panels with a torch cut hole for the wheel Dad found a good quarter in a junkyard put it on the car cleaned it up added dual exhaust with glass packs and a dual tip valance with the good tips ET brand 5 spokes like bullett style Car was sold before I had the chance to drive it The wheels were kept and the next owner totaled it unfortunately I have wanted a clone of it ever since and that was 19 78
Hi dennis you did a you said in your video family first and heath. Second it’s god first and family second and health third your huge fan Sean from Kingston Oklahoma
Reckon the flex from the lack of support the current forks on the forklift give could cause structural damage! Get/make some slip on fork extensions that go all the way to the rear axles!, OR still using the forklift but get them above lofting braces “parking enforcement” use where you attached harnesses to each wheel that attach that to the forks.
If you look at the Marti it should say DSO 61 is the Dallas Ordering District. It doesn’t mean it was sold new IN Dallas. My Fairlane has DSO 61 and it was sold in Longview TX, which is 130 miles from Dallas. I hope you learned something today.
Every safety man in America just had a heart attack when he went under that car sitting on forklift... I've done it a thousand times but it only takes once
Please don't walk under a forklift load. All it takes is one hydraulic line to bust and well...... you know the rest. Be safe out there. Love your videos.
Yep 81 jèzz that's the year I graduated high school, but from what I know Ford would get it wrong a few times, I was getting a Bronco that they got wrong anyway Dennis and all the guys and gal good stuff watchya next week
I had a Lime Gold '67 hardtop with a black vinyl top, a black and white interior, straight 6 with an automatic. I traded it to a bodyshop for a paint job on my black '76 Laguna S-3. The owner of the shop painted the Mustang a Royal Blue and it looked terrible.
Dennis, DON"T get under a car on a Fork Lift!! I'm pretty sure there is not a holding valve on that lift cylinder, and if by some chance that hose to the lift cylinder were to burst or fail that car would drop so fast you couldn't get out from under it fast enough. Also forks do occasionally fail and break off with a simular result, but don't ask me how I know these things please. Another great rescue though, Thanks
never stand under anything with hydraulics, you trust the driver, not the hoses. one of those lines pops and you have half a second to get out of the way.
Dennis a fellow UA-camr was wanting to sale a 06 gt40 l told him to get up with you he needed some cash to buy the new gtd mustang he had gotten approved for by Ford motor co lm sure you will probably get one always enjoy your content keep on bringing thanks

Enough with the AG1 ads.

pls dont ever get under a suspended load...my stomach was turning as you spun the wheel ,,, respectfully 😱
I was hoping for a barn find some old ag1 packets

SHYSTER hoist
Suspended loads in general.
I thought the same thing
Scary.
Foolish actually. Never worth it.
Yep me too. When a hydrolic hose burst it’s coming down fast
Nothing like a good old coffee walk, takes me back to when Dennis first started this
Bon jour from Montreal
Love your videos Dennis. Great interaction with your employees, polite and kind to the people you purchase the units from. Fun and informative.
Coffee Walk is always positive and interesting....Good people!
Thank you Dennis and crew for saving these old and beautiful cars.

Great to see Alex’s family with him. Zach, u need to do the same and show us some of your family if you’ve jumped in the family business. 🙋♂️🤠✝️
The Ranchero would be a great build to do a restomod with a roller 302 or build a 351 Windsor. Its my favorite of both.
Quad exhaust tips, and a GT pop-open gas cap were additional options on top of the GT package, that's why you have a twist on GT cap, and a standard valance.
In 1967, only S- and K-code mustangs could have dual exhaust thus, the unique rear valance and quad tips.
Dennis, those are 68 seats and 68 deluxe wheel covers on that 67. 67 seats the pleats go horizontal.
The TWILIGHT TURQUOISE falcon Futura is a '65. I had one back in the day the same color with a black bench seat interior and factory 4speed. LOVED that one!!
Good job guys
Awesome content as always, but the restaurants you all go slay me! I LIVE in the wrong country! I wish! Thanks for sharing!
I still can't comprehend how a sweet car like this ends up in this condition.
there going to (restore) them someday!!
I know what you mean. I understand that life gets in the way for everyone, but that level of neglect is heart breaking for car guys.
It happens all over the world. I don't see anything special in that. Just a 67 mustang with options that others didn't list on the form..

Awesome always thanks
My step grandpa had a dealership in the 1960/70s. Numerous times he got cars straight from Ford with the wrong parts.
Love that Ranchero. Like to see it when it’s restored
Oh, shit, I was absolutely freaked out by you guys going under the car on the forklift: NOT ADVISED!!😂 So many things can go wrong...PLEASE never do that again! We like you too much to go and hurt yourselves, Dennis and crew! ✌️❤️🙂🇨🇦
Dennis ur hair looks much better brother keep it like that
You all have a
Super💯amazin weekend.
Good evening from uk 👍👍
Thanks Dennis. 😎
Not all finds are in great condition. But the Mustang is a definite worth restoring.
The Ranchero ok understand part of the deal.
Cute little Alex!
Cool video
Hey Alex, if you’re gonna sip coffee make sure there’s some in your cup first…..😂😂😂
shhhh! ........ he's practicing!
Can't wait for this
Outstanding!
I took this vid from 428 likes to 429!!!!! Outstandingly apropos!

This week we've got a car that was restored in 2024 then put in a barn when the owner passed away in 2031...
Watch Iron Trap Garage, you would be amazed at the cars and parts that they get.
@@scottsinaz3000 thank you. I'll check them out for sure.
👌Excellent👌 video. As always.
Love when you find something rare and Ford
2 v GT or later Mach 1 cars didn't always get dual tip exhaust from the factory
Our high school car was a Indian fire red with a white interior 351 2v auto 1969 Mach 1
An abused car that had a piece of corrugated barn siding replacing one of the quarter panels with a torch cut hole for the wheel Dad found a good quarter in a junkyard put it on the car cleaned it up added dual exhaust with glass packs and a dual tip valance with the good tips
ET brand 5 spokes like bullett style
Car was sold before I had the chance to drive it The wheels were kept and the next owner totaled it unfortunately
I have wanted a clone of it ever since and that was 19 78
Hi dennis you did a you said in your video family first and heath. Second it’s god first and family second and health third your huge fan Sean from Kingston Oklahoma
God 1st ? What about Santa Claus? Is he 2nd ?
I like the Ranchero
Congratulations Alex.
I think the 60s Mustangs left the factory with holes in the floors. just had to remove the paint, and Ta Da holes.
Little Alex is soooo cute.
Almost as rough as a stucco bathtub Mr. Collins. But ragtop with goodies. Yes. Dennis can do it. That ranchero is cool. Good luck.❤️💙🧡💜👌😎
Especially love any Mustang videos. Keep them coming. Any advice on automotive upholstery repair in north Dallas area? Thanks 🤠
LIKE THE NEW HAIRCUT
The rear valance is correct for a gt with a 2v carb because it would have a single exhaust
I love the ford mustang 😍 💙 ❤️ ♥️ 💕 😍 💙 ❤️ ♥️ and ford ranchero
Now THAT is a rescue! Rougher than 2 Stucco bathtubs...lol. Hey D.C., you're looking like Steve McQueen... I always enjoy a good Coffee Walk.
Reckon the flex from the lack of support the current forks on the forklift give could cause structural damage!
Get/make some slip on fork extensions that go all the way to the rear axles!, OR still using the forklift but get them above lofting braces “parking enforcement” use where you attached harnesses to each wheel that attach that to the forks.
you love alex...love the channel ....dara in ireland
C code I believe came with single exhaust so I assume that’s why there’s no rear valance cut outs for the chrome tips
thats what i think to
16:02 Dennis you’re looking good in those cowboy🤠 kicker boots brother !
Good find
Great find on both if someone wants to do a restoration.
If you look at the Marti it should say DSO 61 is the Dallas Ordering District. It doesn’t mean it was sold new IN Dallas. My Fairlane has DSO 61 and it was sold in Longview TX, which is 130 miles from Dallas. I hope you learned something today.
nice barn finds.
Hi from Dexter🏠Missouri
My dad used to have Ford A rental pick up truck when I was a kidback in 1980s
Wish you guys would do detailed videos on the restoration part of the the business.
They do occasionally 👍
Yeh same here , only ever see them half done or painted in the build , time lapse video would be cool !!
Alex you missed your opportunity to ask Dennis for a raise when he was under the car!
That Ranchero is one day younger than me 🤷♂️😂🤣🇬🇧
Cool old ranchero
Sketchy going under the forklift guys...
Every safety man in America just had a heart attack when he went under that car sitting on forklift... I've done it a thousand times but it only takes once
When he was under there all I could think of was how many hoses I've seen blown. Was holding my breath the whole time until he got out of there!
Lol I bet you are forklift certified 🤣 that's like saying you are the smartest kid worth down syndrome
I would rather sleep under the forks then enter that barn. It was held together with branches and prayers.
I would have given Dennis the benefit of the doubt when he was about under the car. I’m sure he and Alex were aware and watching out for any mishaps!!
I had that same 8-track.
A lot of experts in these comments!
Ha ha they all over you tube.
Im sick and tired of the ads......miss the old days of coffee walk without shameless add plugs!!!
Every classic Mustang saved from the scrapyard is a win for future generations
Please don't walk under a forklift load. All it takes is one hydraulic line to bust and well...... you know the rest. Be safe out there. Love your videos.
Or, a fork going through a rusted floor and the car tips. Definitely wasn't a good idea
It also sets a bad example as an employer
Really want the ford ranchero. Its mor e valuable than another mustang .
Can't get used to how Dennis holds the fork while cutting someting😂😂😂😂 its truly awkward from my vision😅😅😅
Watching all the time .Definitely a car lover, chevy guy all the way.i have a 1994 tempo you interested hahaha
Yep 81 jèzz that's the year I graduated high school, but from what I know Ford would get it wrong a few times, I was getting a Bronco that they got wrong anyway Dennis and all the guys and gal good stuff watchya next week
67 deluxe interior was one of the best 1st Gen interiors ... is odd they ordered a GT without it.
Holy crap Dennis. You went underneath that car. Looks like it might fold in half where the forks are located
Dennis! please don’t stand under a car on a forklift! the chains can snap, a pipe anything😮
Dennis thinks everything is the holy grail.Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂
To be fair, it is technically a 1 off because it was the only one made with an 8 track.
What about the strut in the frame rail? That's also an indicator it's a real GT.
Yeee Yeee
I had a Lime Gold '67 hardtop with a black vinyl top, a black and white interior, straight 6 with an automatic. I traded it to a bodyshop for a paint job on my black '76 Laguna S-3. The owner of the shop painted the Mustang a Royal Blue and it looked terrible.
I've got some 8 track tapes you can have if you want them.
TGIF!!!
SECM ! (save every classic Mustang)
I’m ready to go men!!
So are we!
@@DennisCollinsCarWorld I so enjoy the videos Dennis. Your the consummate gentleman to deal with. And I’d imagine a Christian. 🙋♂️✝️
In the future you might want to turn that cinder block up the right way for structural integrity.
Depending on sources, only 289 K code, 390 had duals with Valance. Some sources say 289 4 barrel (A Code) did as well.
Let’s Geaux my favorite peeps. It’s Friday
That Ranchero has rare Falcon sprint trim on the sides.
The kid from the you tube channel “Speed Bump Garage” he is building a Ranchero in Oklahoma.
Hair transplant has settled in nicely. 👌
Dennis!! Don’t go under the forklift load !!
Another great Coffee Walk, big question is who’s cute little boy did Alex have?
65 & 66 GTs had 4 barrels only….(A Code or K Code) ….I guess that changed in 67?
Now you can have a Thomas Crown clone
Some people don't like plastic seats in the summer , to dam hot , so they opt for cloth seats
You folks should know that concrete blocks are stronger with the webbing turned up. The way you have them a > chance of collapsing
Waiting to see this

BUT IT AIN'T NO HOLY GRAIL!!! 😂
Dr. Pepper would never sell if you know what that flavor is. You’re not going to find it on their website or on google….. it’s prunes
Good to know for when I need to get regular. 💩
never stand under anything with hydraulics, you trust the driver, not the hoses. one of those lines pops and you have half a second to get out of the way.
🤙👍
I swear if someone brought you a rusry gas cap with a Vin # and a title, you'd say, "We'll restore it."
Need to turn those concrete blocks with holes up and down. Or they’ll break and crumble when on their side like that
Dennis a fellow UA-camr was wanting to sale a 06 gt40 l told him to get up with you he needed some cash to buy the new gtd mustang he had gotten approved for by Ford motor co lm sure you will probably get one always enjoy your content keep on bringing thanks
First time I have seen a place I have eaten at on Coffee Walk! Dennis, next time you gotta cheat and have the biscuits!
