That feeling when you're searching a tutorial and you get what you're looking for at the first search...😍 Thank you so much
Best feeling ever
"And it looks Buttery smooth"
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Word ‼️
I m hungry
@@TierTalis eat
Wow! Quick, precise, and straight to the point! Loved it! Thank you for sharing this with us!
This is one of the best tutorials I have seen, thank you for posting this! I will definitely be browsing your videos for more tips and tricks. 🙌
nice
Omg, I'm doing a big filming project at work and forgot to press the slow-motion option on my blackmagic camera. This helped me soooo much, honestly a HUGE lifesaver!
Isn't it better to film the video at 60 fps, and then interpret that footage in 24 fps, resulting in "natural" 40% slow motion?
yeah but i think this is 30% speed which means it's 70% slower than normal speed
40% is very little, here it is 70% slow motion, so it's a considerable difference
It's definitely always better to do that, but sometimes you just might not have another option. For me personally, I'd like to maintain 60 FPS so this will help me slow down my 60 FPS footage and maintain 60.
What if you do that and THEN do what is shown in the video. Not by 30% of course because it's already slowed down by the previous process but by a setting that would get you close to the original 30% speed
At 3:10 i dont see the 2 lines 🤦🏾♂️
OPTICAL FLOW was all I needed!! Thanks. Instant follow
From my angle, working in a so called "shark tank industry" and being self taught especially on the video editing side, and as simple as they seem to be taught, such 101's classics are kept like secret weapons from colleagues fearing competition; yet all it took was one concise, genuine and straight forward tutorial like yours, that within 5 mins elevated my game.
Watch out red fishies, I'm coming for y'all.
Thanks a lot Kyler you're great at what you do!!!
you guys to actually be good in premiere pro is to play around and watch a ton of tutorials based on what kind of edit you want, step by step and combining them all together
Always good to get better and better on premiere. Need more skills there.
ARE WE GOING TO BREAK 2 MILLION VIEWS?!
yes
idk are we or are you?
why don't we
*fIND oUT*
You are !
Maybe
It's there any way to link the clip's slowmo with the audio? In other words, time remapping video and audio simultaneously?
its been 2 years since your comment but did you ever figure this out? lol
Try linking
I think no, toi should use pitch for thé sound
I don't think you can, but is it really such a big deal?
Nest it first
VERY USEFUL
Help man, I can't see my time interpolation.
Dude.....lol. You are the man. You explain more (and better) in less than five minutes than what I have watched over the past several hours on UA-cam.
Thank you for adding even the smallest detail about the tutorial like I watch some other tutorials about this but didn't mention about checking the speed in Time remapping so I was confused why I wasn't getting it right. I'm happy that I found your video, your getting a new sub.
Glad it was helpful! Welcome to the channel! :]
Lol buttery smooth !! i like it
Premiere Pro Optical flow looks so much better than FCPX!
I'll have to play around with FCPX someday! haha
They are both really good actually.
I totally agree with you bro 👌👍
Thx bro! Its works out well
how do I Get the key frame when I'm slowing a certain frame? I don't have that circle for key frame?
Me neither....
I have'nt the option (time interpotation)
what should I do?
I'm new here..pls help me -_-
Nice tutorial! I already knew these features despite the "optical flow" settings. Thanks for that. But something I have trouble some times is by using slow motion ramp with audio. Do you have any technique to slow the audio also by ramp, but keeping the sync?
follow
Did you ever get an answer for this? Im trying to understand that as well... Thanks
I know this is old, but incredibly helpful!! Thank you!!
you explained the keyframe part very well, good shit
I'm not seeing the "add keyframe" circle. Newer version maybe?
simply, select the video on the timeline, go to Effect controls, and find the Time remapping. If you haven't added any effects, it should be on the bottom (the last effect). Hope I helped! Have a nice day
just hold ctrl and hover around your clip, you can see a plus sign beside your cursor and click where you want to add keyframe ... easypeasylemonsquezeee.
You always here contradicting comments or tutorials about the FPS needed for smoother images. Some say the 24 FPS for cinematic style videos are better but watching this video 60FPS isn't bad at all. Thx for the tute.
this is it. this is what I searched. going from normal speed to slow motion smoothly
Great tutorial. Quick and to the point, step by step. Thanks!
Unbelievable!! This trick changed my video to the NEXT LEVEL!! Thanks bro!!
Really love the fact that this video was straight to the point! Also what if we had to slow it down more, like to 10 or 20, would it still be that smooth with the optical flow and other steps applied in the video?
OMG!!! YOU SAVED MY DOCU!!! I have been searching for some tutorials on making my slo-mo buttery smooth and this just made my day! Thank you soooo much! Happy New Year 2021! Stay safe, take care!
Just install twixtor plug in
@@kazuto4987 Cool, thanks mate! I’ll give this a try and get back to you! 😊
New sub. You're 2 for 2. I don't know HOW it didn't know this. 👍 Thx
4 years im looking for how to make it finally man thank you!
This is sick! But anyone know why the slo mo starts to lag at the end? It starts to freeze slowly and just looks extremely choppy for me but it’s perfectly smooth in the beginning
Amazing! I didn't know about that render in to out - very helpful! Thanks!
hi, why do i have to do that? render in to out?
@@takeyo1983 to play the video within the loop without buffering at each instance.
At 3:10 i dont see the 2 lines 🤦🏾♂️
Oh my goodness I don't have the ability to shoot higher than 30fps but you saved my life. "Render In to Out" makes even 24fps video look so buttery smooth as if it's shot in 60fps!!!
THANK YOU
I used this on one of my roofing videos and I am not going to lie it is fire!! Definitely going to sub!
The Foozles used this for there streaming teaser trailer. Great work. 👍
Wow never knew about render in and out...thanks for saving me!
How can you make the audio slow down exactly like the video?
Thanks bro, i have one question what's your seq setting & export setting? sorry i'm new here
arDin M Thanks bro, klo untuk slomo settingan fps di seq sama kah?
Pasti ada orang Indonesia di sini hehe
Can you translate the answer to this in English please? :)
wtf xD
looks like if i let my dog or cat walk over the keyboard xD
funny :) no disrepect
Fabrizio lmao !!!!
I have been looking for a tutorial like this for days and had a lot of trouble. Thanks for showing me two great ways to slow down my 60fps footage :)
Huge thanks mate! I've suffered with the rough quality vids for years!
You're buttery smooth good sir!
Great video.
Awesome that you're a fellow buckeye! I just bought my first camera (Sony a6300) and am excite to start my channel. Go Bucks!
his heled me a lot! small note tho for people who record gameplay on their playstation, tjis will work but It will look very bad. so I recommend you buy a capture card for playstation (if anything like that exists) that's what I am going to try to do
Thanks so much man, i just wish that the tutorial was longer, slower, cuz even after watching it i'd the tough time doing it, believe me, i'm not dumb, the first time is pretty hard, in special if u want to make a smooth curve to slow down and later speed back up.
For sure! I have a couple other videos on slow motion you can check out. Just head over to my channel! Enjoy! :]
i just got pr an try to use twixtor but didnt work like sony vegas did so this is a big help cant wait to edit my next project in pr
I was wondering why it wasn't working for me, then I rendered it and it was all smooth :DD thx!
This is a great slow motion video have come across so far. Especially the second style. Thanks so much. Thumbs Up!
How come I dont have the time interpolation on my premiere pro? I have the cc 2015
SH Media need 2017 bruh
Alright, thanks my dude :)
Thanks for this tutorial. I ended up using your advice in my last edit for some slo mo shots and it turned out great!
Hey, good tutorial. Helped me a lot. Thx. But I have one more question: In which options do you export to Media? You set the framerate to 24/25 right? Any other marks you did set?
There's always something new to learn about video editing. Thanks!
THANK U SO MUCH I HAVE TO USE THIS OMG
Thank you, for providing an Adobe tutorial so I can edit videos for UA-cam, success for you
buttery smooth
BEST TUTORIAL EVER. THANK YOU
No matter what I do, playback or exported file is always choppy. Even when Optical Flow is selected. Trying to go from 60 to 30 or 24. What I noticed going from frame to frame (and it has 60 frames in 1 second), that nothing new is added to intermediate frames. It just cuts 5 frames out of sequence and when I arrow left or right, each frame in between frames is absolutely the same.
Thanks kyler! Your tutorials are very helpful in editing my vlogs. Keep on making these great stuff :)
I heard NVidia has their version of frame interpolation. Idk it has been released yet, but do you know but that. It's supposedly does a really great job at creating frames without artifacts appearing. There are previews you can find on UA-cam but idk if it's out. I'm hoping Premiere will use it.
You Deserve more subs, my friend. It helped me a lot
I love this no-nonsense tutorial.
probably the best tutorial I've ever seen!!! thank u so much dude
best tutorial so far
like u said bro smooth like butter. So helpful thanks man!
Kyler - thanks nice demo , Thanks . Those little zooms moves make a simple action become very interesting . cheers
This is exactly what I needed. Thank you!
thanks man... first 55 seconds into the video got it down pat!
I have a question. In my premiere pro the option 'optical flow' doesn't appear. Is it because of the version? Btw my version is CS6
사단법인한국무형유산진흥센터 My version is CS6 and the optical flow doesn’t appear too 😭
I came here for the Slow-mo how to, and learned a lot more then that ! TY !
This was great! I'm a Premier Pro newbie and this helped a lot! You just gained a new sub! Thank you Kyler 🦋
Thank you for your Help mate! :) Have a nice day! Greetings from Austria
mmm so buttery smooth
Thanks for the informative video! I recently did some slo-mo at 35% and it was a little choppy. When I went in and added optical flow, problem solved!
what you fucjk
Great tutorial, found it extremely helpful! I tried this myself with a clip of someone throwing a ball but I found as the ball was travelling closer towards the camera I got a lot of very visible artifacts which kinda ruin the clip:( is there a way to prevent/reduce this?
THANK YOU I WAS SO AMAZED IN THE SLOW MOTIONNNNNNNN
Slow motion is powerful!
Thanks for the vid ...I’ve tried this on some clips and looks great. I have however seen tutorials who go about it by setting the sequence at 24fps which slows the 60fps footage down. What are the pro’s and cons of each method?? Thanks , chris
Hey man, I know it's been ages but do you have the answer? I also this question in mind.
Thanks, was really helpful, I am new to the whole premier thing and this was straight to the point.
just straight to the point, nice and clean, good job man, very helpful. Thanks.
Crystal 🔮 clear explanation
Please tell me if we can edit the real video file without having to export it and lose some quality. Can i somehow edit the original video file without having to export it? Would be a perfect lossless edition.
ARE YOU FROM THIS PLANET OR WHAT? JEJE! NICE JOB!
Wow, thanks I was having hard time figuring out why my slow-mo was so choppy, optical flow was the answer. You are great :D
Thank you. It has grown over the years and is becoming more powerful!
So helpful! I'm looking forward to giving this a try. Thanks!
Brandy Renee Photography TV im also editor and making videos , if u intrested then wtsapp me , from pakistan
thank you dude...i've wanting to do that for a long time....really helpfull
OPTICAL FLOW CHANGED THE GAME!!!!!!!!!
IT'S A GAME CHANGER!
Nice tutorial! this is what I've been looking for 👍
What is the downside to optical flow? Less sharp image?
Thanks dude, needed this for my school project.
Thank you. Worked like charm.
Hello guys. I'm having a hard time trying to fix a problem when using the program. For some reason when I upload my media to the program. The videos I decide to play on the program are playing faster than normal? I try going to the speed duration to fix it, but why all of a sudden its playing faster then normal when i'm yet to touch any options.
Incredibly helpful. Thank you!
nice tuto. how can we mix clips at 25fps with 60fps in a sequence 25fps ? change speed of 60fps by 42% ? what about audio ?
Can you do this by putting an adjustment on top and adding the same settings?
Buttery-smooth
Amazing! Easy to follow and to the point - thanks so much.
BRO, you saved my life. THANK YOU!!!
Thanks 💁🏽♂️
hi! i dont know if youre gonna read this but near the end is starts to ripple and distort the video. do you know how to fix this? thanks
