You gave me the idea to redo my picture with the Provo airport in the background. I think this will help get me more Provo airport bookings which leads to better profit margin, and lower mileage use.
Thanks for the advice I’m getting bookings currently but these tips will ensure I keep it consistent I need to add more photos and get some better scenery for my car I will be doing that ASAP

@@saimahsexperience well, I am a full time rideshare driver in north Beaverton, Oregon (Bethany area) with a 2020 Camry Hybrid. I also have an extra parking space at my complex and have been thinking about purchasing a similar backup rideshare vehicle and just renting it on Turo until needed. I am far from the airport, but in the heart of suburba. I am trying to figure out if there is a good car for a suburban area in particular. In regards to a backup vehicle for my business - I have also been thinking of a 2023 RAV4 hybrid. So if it snows for a month - I can use that for Rideshare.

@@saimahsexperience it’s not a good one, it’s about a smoking violation. I had a guy DRENCH my car in weed smell and he left ash in the back seat, so I had visual evidence. I past it along to Turo and they enforced the penalty, which is $250 and removal from Turo. The guest got ENRAGED and said it was unfair. I tried to negotiate with him, to calm him down, and offered to return SOME of the fee money to him (maybe I was being too nice). He still said it wasn’t fair and he said he would “pull up” to my apartment. I called the police and a report was made. I told Turo and they raised this to the highest level of concern…which honesty didn’t do much. A couple days later, I found 6 half burnt cigarettes on my deck/back porch. I have no near neighbors and I don’t smoke so this seemed to be a clear attempt for retaliation. I contacted Turo back and I recommended maybe a less harsh “smoking violation fee” because, a fee is definitely deserved but, I can almost understand why he got so mad but, because he got mad it got to a dangerous level. There are more details to this story that I won’t share on a public platform, that could be educational but, ya it was pretty crazy.

What has been the best way for drop off and pick up for you for airport? Many airports do not allow for car share drop offs at airport and I’ve been spending $ getting renters to the cars destination but it’s not sustainable where I don’t have to drive far distances for drop off and pick up.
Pick them up at their terminal and take a Lyft outside of the airport?
I drop off/pick up right in the terminal. Just have to have good instructions for the customers.
