Hey. Thanks for this review. Can you comment on the picture quality of this projector versus a budget 4k" television? Both in dark room conditions. Essentially, I can get a 75" 4k onn (LED) tv from Walmart for half the cost of this projector. The max screen I can get for the projector is 85". So basically 2x the cost for another 10" and I lose 4K. There is also a 70" QLED onn tv for slightly more but still hundreds of dollars less than this projector.
I did go to the store to look at these tv's, but its in a brightly lit store and playing a coca-cola ad so its not very informative for me.
How's the fan noise? Is it quieter than lamp projector?
Good afternoon! Does BENQ 2060 need to be serviced at a service center and how often? I mean, is it tedious to change thermal paste?
I’m new to projectors. Is there a setting to fix the image if I set the projector on the very corner of the room or screen? I would say 5-6 feet away from the center of the screen. Thanks
What screen did you use? Gain?
I'm hesitating beteen a grey screen with gain of 0.9 and a white screen with gain of 1.3 for my ht2060. What is your thought?

Should i go for ht 2060 or th690st confused wats the major diffrence i know 690st is short throw any other major diffrence my main purpose ott and movies.
How loud is the fan?
I have a question about the zoom and focus dials. My ht2060 focus dial changes the size of the picture. Does that happen on your sample as well? All of my previous projectors the focus dial does not make the image size smaller or larger.
This has two controls, focus, zoom and well more like three lense shift. So you have the ability to make it smaller based on that or closeness to screen
What's the light spillage , noise and heat like?
How would you say is its performance in comparison with the JmGO Ultra you've posted 4 days ago? Especially contrast, sharpness, colors and fan noise?
Fan noise is none existent. JMGO is another class. LASER so it will outperform this
Would this be a good upgrade from an HT2050?
I dont have that version. but I can say it competes well with the version from XGIMI and NEBULA
Just double checked with them. HT2060 is actually the upgraded version of the HT2050A
@@ebpman Wonder if I will notice a image quality increase over my HT2050 (not the A version). I have had it since 2016.
How does filmmaker mode work?
It's about changing the color settings to what the director would have shot the colors at. We are used to very saturated colors. Phone like Samsung have spoiled us

It's a video projector review but the reviewer does not want to talk about advanced video options and spends most of the time talking about audio. Guess he's on the wrong track...
