I live in Temecula and have never played there. I've only heard negative things from people about the course. I think I need to go try it and judge for myself. Nice deuce on the par four! Solid nine so far. If you're ever looking for someone to play with when you visit let me know.
Congrats JOHN!!! My son picked a random Number between 1-50 and you won the T-shirt! Email me you Size and Address and we will mail you one out. Brendon contactbebettergolf@gmail.com
I love how your vlogs arent super long in between shots, and I also like how they are to the point (no goofing around) Youre going places Keep up the good work
B, that hybrid tee shot on #2 was the best swing you've ever made on this channel. The follow thru had no steer to it and your transition allows for that. Great vlog so far!! Love the channel.
Nice course :) Here in DK we are drowning with all the water that has come, being that it’s fall and soon wintertime. No frost luckily yet :) Man I wish I could play this course right now. Hope to win :)🤞🏻
Great Eagle, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Played on Saturday, probably my last round of the year as winter is starting to hit the Northeast. Jealous of the Cali weather
I think if you keep your eyes on the ball will improve your swing so much better. It will prevent from opening your body too early and result better rotation.. just my opinion.
I have this range alignment set up that is really import for me to work on now. open stance and push draw feel. Also feel like left arm is coming into the from 20 degrees inside, pushed by right arm.
Nice 2! Really enjoy looking at courses around the world. Wish I had season all year around living - in not so warm - Sweden these vlogs comes nicely👍😁
ive never played a links course. I live in FL and dont know of any around me but im always jealous when i see someone play links. One day ill take a trip somewhere and play one
Like the fact that it has to be pretty much Target golf with every shot. Really gotta use course management there because of the Burns on the middle of the fairways.
Enjoy you videos very much. Difficult to play and film and comment at same time. I have noticed your progression. Keep it up. Only one negative. When a Mike Malaska is making a point or explaining something that is relative to the moment you sometimes seem to be off somewhere else, like checking the distance on a shot or something. I think out of respect and sincere interest you should be 100 % attentive. Great stuff.

Nice Eagle Brendon! Ton of courses to choose from out there: Eagle Glen, Trilogy, Champions....however, Links at Elsinore gives a lot of deals so always best value.
Nice eagle... The thing is, this course is called "links" but from the looks of it, doesn't really have that much in common with a "proper links" that ought to be in the coastal dunes with rather undulated fairways (yeah the dunes again) that are sandy and super firm (that part looks to be respected). Gorse should be spattered around and exposure to the changing sea winds and the typical north Atlantic/Irish-sea/north-sea/channel weather makes for rains/storms to happen randomly and quite often, thus complicating matters quite a bit. But I suppose the nice weather and geology of California prevents you from having proper links! And that's only fair, you can't have it all!
I’m the same way with greens. In the dallas area the layouts of all of the courses are great but if the greens aren’t nice it’s pointless in my opinion
Sweet eagle! Still doesn't top your 100+ yard eagle with me ;) If you like link style we need to play Chambers Bay one of these days. I still have a voucher for a free round.
Trees? Then you'll hate Montreux!! (btw, I agree completely...with my 2-way miss, I feel like superman when I play a course that's wide open) Golfer's elbow sucks, but 4 weeks into my rest and it's around 50% better; maybe another 4 weeks and I should be good to go.
Free t-shirt. Nice :-) Comments: Great content I would love to see you take a little more care of the golf course. I notice you don’t offend repair your divots and on the green you tend to chuck the flag on the green, which could cause damage tot the well prepared green. Maybe you are doing your repairs but this is not notice on camera. Good luck with you game.
Seems kinda silly that you walked up to a rock and decided to give it a kick, but you're description will save somebody else some pain. I once attempted to grab a non-poisonous snake before my daughter hit her tee shot. You guessed it, I got bitten and had to deal with pretty serious lacerations on both sides of my thumb the rest of the round. I suggest you avoid the temptation.

That's awesome! Thanks so much!
Swing looking so much better!
IE is the best golf IMO. Come down to Goose Creek in Jurupa Valley. Great conditions year around
These blogs are a lot of fun
Good video Brendan, always fun to watch you play.
Nice eagle!!! The work on your short game has really been helping your scores.
What a chip! Very interesting front nine, can't wait to watch the back!
Like your vlogs.
Concise and to the point.
No crazy antics or excessive drone footage to pad out the video.
Sweet chip in!
Loving your course blog keep it up
Thanks for your support Jeff
your playing some solid golf. your misses are good. your short game is much improved.
Nice Eagle! Rare to have a chip-in! So much more satisfying than holing a putt!
I appreciate the story about your playing partners. Shows what the game of golf can do, more than going low. Great bonding time for father and son.
Looks like a fun, challenging course.
Love the Malaska content too man
Thx SB
Nice chip in!
Nice course. I have family out there as well. Live in LBC as well and play Skylinks and Eldo frequently. Have been enjoying the videos.
I'm sure I'll see you at some point. Ths Ray
Love Summerly, love the course vlogs, keep up the great work!
That makes two of us. Lol
I love how your vlogs arent super long in between shots, and I also like how they are to the point (no goofing around) Youre going places
Keep up the good work
Thx EP!
Your vlogs seem to be the only one that I have subscribed to with the exception of MSE. Thanks for all you're doing and keep it up man!
God those mountains in the background
Cool course. Nice pitch shot. It’s fun to see someone more obsessed than me with golf.
We have a problem
I need to get my swing better! I love how you say better, as golf is something you can never be perfect at. You can only be better.
Exactly, there was a guy that started "BE PERFECT GOLF" sadly he was put into the mental hospital.
kidding. lol

Team Richo Golf in Cali-for-nay-ay!
Great stuff B. You seemed very calm and reflective. Has that Tathata zen stuff got to you?
Eagle was awesome, see that short game work coming through! Well Played.
I see how you keep your score card, you should look at the app golf pad. With the NFC chips on your clubs you get great statistics.
Looking forward to part 2. Well done on the eagle!
Loving the #teamrichogolf @aussiegolfreviewer cap Brendon, let me know if you are ever in Sydney Australia
Good vlog! I've been in a old equipment phase, would love to see a wood woods blog if you are up to it.
Yeah, I gotta find some old balatas too that would be cool.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!

+Paul Koppenheffer come to Vegas! Thanks and happy holidays!

playing well, what of all the swing thought are working for you?
I have this range alignment set up that is really import for me to work on now. open stance and push draw feel. Also feel like left arm is coming into the from 20 degrees inside, pushed by right arm.
Nice 2! Really enjoy looking at courses around the world. Wish I had season all year around living - in not so warm - Sweden these vlogs comes nicely👍😁
I would love to play in Sweden one day.
Excellent vlog well done quality golf nice course well played

ive never played a links course. I live in FL and dont know of any around me but im always jealous when i see someone play links. One day ill take a trip somewhere and play one
Any interesting plans for 2018?!
Love to see you’re still rocking the Evnroll. I gave up on my ER2 a little too early I think.
I switched from ER2 to ER1, never looked back
The course looks dry. Nice eagle!
Playing some nice golf there Brendon, level par is very good indeed,+1 is my best for a nine but it wasn't as tidy as that!
Like the fact that it has to be pretty much Target golf with every shot. Really gotta use course management there because of the Burns on the middle of the fairways.

Your swing is better now!!
The course looks fun, trees are over rated anyway :) Are the burns treated as GUR or hazard?
Do any of the CA desert courses allow walking?
Nice pitch in.
Nope
what tournaments are you playing in at the moment?
Wondering if you’re consistently feeling the “Malaska-move” on the course?
never
BE BETTER GOLF lol. It blows my mind to think about on the range. Can’t imagine it on the course

What is your preferred shape of shot ?
push draw.
Nice front 9. It’s been awhile since I’ve played the Links at Summerly and I like the course but not a fan of some of the blind landing areas.
The 10th hole is the worst for that. Impossible to AIM!
BE BETTER GOLF Yes! I remember that one....not very fondly lol
Nice Eagle Brendon! Ton of courses to choose from out there: Eagle Glen, Trilogy, Champions....however, Links at Elsinore gives a lot of deals so always best value.
Great blog plus where did you buy the AVXs from
+Calamity Golf I️ won them for hitting longest drive in a tournament.
BE BETTER GOLF well done
Nice Aussie hat! And a nice chip as well.

How are you liking the Srixon irons? Keepers for the time being?
Definately!

Zactly!
Game looks good. How often do you practice?
I'd say 5 days a week
Oh. I'm too old to practice that much. Body can no longer take it.😀
👌
Love the VLOGs even though I don't fit your target audience. If you send me a tee shirt, I like a pocket on mine.
Thanks Richard!

Sweet eagle! Still doesn't top your 100+ yard eagle with me ;) If you like link style we need to play Chambers Bay one of these days. I still have a voucher for a free round.
Love links style because I hate trees! lol.
Yeah, Heal your forearm and we'll do it.

Hey
Course looks very difficult
Hehe that is not links golf....enjoyable vlog

Not big fan of Links at Summerly. If you want to play links course in Southern California you should try Rustic Canyon.
That's got to be some old golf shoes.I had a pair of those about 7 years ago.
YES! I bought them back then and hated them and put them away and then recently I put them back on and now I really like them! lol.
BE BETTER GOLF they was some of my favorite.Still got the shoes somewhere can't make myself get rid of them.
Constructive comment!
Rules follower
You have no idea ho ludicrous that statement really is. In this case, I just want the tee shirt
10:29 geez relax it’s not tear gas lol
Obligatory T-shirt comment :D (nice eagle as well)
you got to get yourself over and play a real links sometime mate
is that an invitation?
if i can do anything to help you sort it out i will do

I shoulda mentioned that I was driving a golf cart and stuck my foot out to kick a rock. Yeah, we are human and do dumb things just for kicks.
That transition has come on a bit not as much loop
I really think you should be scratch by now :).
