Because his looks don't matter to him as much as it does to you. It's very easy to wear a wig, get surgical six packs, fair skin and surgically implanted big arms and then shower nonsense gyaan on people. He believes in his knowledge, technique and most importantly himself. This is a learning which I think all of us need to imbibe. Doctors are practioners of certain techniques and principles. You can chose to not believe them or their methods but I don't think it's right to judge someone's capability based on their aesthetics. Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking any sides. But I get this a lot too. People will not listen to me when I give health or fitness related information or tips, because I don't have the ideal physique according to them. Judge on merit and personal experience, not by looks.

I have studied that dermaroller in a prp session has to be avoided if hairloss cause is seborrheic dermatitis like in my case. Why ? Because it is a cause of inflammation. AND in prp, dermaroller creates micropunctured injuries , hence it wants the inflammation to sustain . So aren't they contradicting ? Question yeh hai seborrheic dermatitis wale ko prp hair density k liye kya lena chahiye cause seborrheic dermatitis ek scalp condition jo hair ko overall region ..even donor region se thinning karta hai

My PRP treatment is still going on, I have paid for 6 session for 6 month in Vibes.in. Had done 4 session till now, I am 30 year old, never eat junk food, no alcohol, no smoking. i go regularly gym also, but still not getting result. :( what could be the reason ?

Do you have any personal experience with this treatment? If your friend lost all his hair, there are multiple things that could have gone wrong. The doctor may not be qualified, the prp may not be potent, his lifestyle may be pathetic, his diet may be pathetic, he might have addictions or excess stress. One non-responder to PRP cannot be the factor of judgement for the entire treatment. It's like saying that, even after wearing a helmet, bikers die, so it's best not to wear a helmet. If you want answers to your questions, I have left many research articles for your reference on the description. You will get all your answers.
You can find a good board certified dermatologist or trichologist in your city. If you are unable to find it you can call the Hair And Shape Clinic and seek for a good treatment for yourself.
