UA-cam recommended me Bryan's video some time before. I watched his one video where I realised that I can't afford even a single thing...but I loved his dedication and we need our body in longevity to have hair on our head.... Initially in this hair fall phase I got really scared that world started looking different to me but eventually after one of my session with Abhijit sir he told me that get over with this..... And It clicked me obviously I'm not giving up on my hair but hair isn't everything, I am and I will do my best to have my hair but rest is upto God!!

MPB is like 3rd stage cancer for hair where there is no remedy. I am 25yrs old and have already lost 60-70% of my hair(diffused hair loss). I cannot use minoxidil and finasteride because i am getting side effects from both. I tried the option of accepting being bald but cannot do it at this age. Baldness has completely destroyed me mentally and it is has affected my career, office, personal, dating life completely. The only option left for me is hair transplant but i am loosing hair even in my donor area 😭. Being bald is a curse🙏

Why should you stop trying? You don't have the same genetics as Bryan... you should always focus on health first & then on hair... Good hair will follow health, but health won't follow good hair most of the times...
