  • Lunch in 10 minutes, I do it twice a week
    Ingredients:
    Chicken breast - 500g
    A pinch of salt, pepper and paprika powder
    3/4 cup flour
    butter 2 tbsp
    oil 60ml
    small onion - 1pc
    garlic cloves - 3 pcs
    soy sauce - 2 tbsp
    rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
    chilli flakes - teaspoon
    oyster sauce - 1 spoon
    honey - 3 tbsp.
    Cut the breast lengthwise in half to make thinner chops.
    Season the breast with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
    Coat it and put it into a heated frying pan.
    Fry on both sides in butter and oil until the meat is browned, set aside.
    Fry the onion in the same oil for about 2 minutes, add chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute.
    Now, one by one, add the spices, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli flakes, oyster sauce and honey. Mix everything together and cook for 2 minutes.
    Then add the chicken, over medium heat and heat until the sauce thickens. Done.
