The lawyer was definitely struggling but I'm sure the biggest reason for that is the snitch not following the script properly. He was giving truthful responses but he was not emphasizing, or even mentioning, what the lawyer was trying to get at with the question. The first 15 minutes are the lawyer just trying to get the snitch to say "everything was Rambo's idea, he made all the plans, and I was scared he would hurt me if I didn't do it". The lawyer is getting bits and pieces of that but not much and it's certainly been trickier than he expected. I'm only halfway through the video and I'm expecting the lawyer will be able to pull some more out of him. We shall see.
I was locked up in Adair county level 5 maximum security youth detention facility for 26 months, from 2018-2020. Anyway Anjuan was in there with me were the same age, but for almost 2 and a half years me and him lived together. I don’t think he’s a bad person, he made his own bad decisions but shit what would you do at 14-15 when a scary dudes says he’ll kill you if you don’t help? I’d prolly do it too. We stayed in contact after we were both released from Adair, mainly because we turned 18 and our cases weren’t over yet. But seeing him on this UA-cam thumbnail was surreal I have to say(because I had no idea he was locked up again). I wish the best for him. Keep ya head up budda
To answer your question, the body language he was displaying while describing his own actions was pure shame. Stabbing the corpse of his dead friend is probably something that will haunt this kid for the rest of his life.
It’s scary these kids aren’t much older than my kids, so scary to see them throw their lives away for nothing. And take peoples lives away for nothing, so sad. If you are young please know there are better things out there for you.
Some people look for guidance and life maybe looking for a positive role model there are people out there I will use you for their own bidding my heart go out to the family members
I don’t understand it either. I’ve been self destructive with drugs and spiraled and crashed out a couple times in my life. But I’ve never gone out to hurt someone else.
I’m not trying to sound judgmental, but I truly don’t understand why anyone would act like this at this age. I remember being 15 like it was yesterday I would make UA-cam videos with my friends. I work as a Filmmaker now and that’s where that started from. I was also in a metal band, and our Friday nights were spent hanging out late at In-N-Out, or going to the movies with her girlfriends. I don’t think it’s cool what he did and I don’t think it would’ve been cool. When I was that age I would’ve stayed far away from these kind of people. And no, I don’t mean his race and black myself. I’m talking about the criminal element.
Man I don’t know how I feel almost feel bad when he stuttered I don’t like snitching but some people testify bc an innocent was killed in some street shit, but he’s either needs help or he’s heartless and I can’t actually tell off this
Was this the “prosecutors” first murder or double murder trial???? He was all over the place & NOT being DIRECT with his questions🤯🤔‼️I was a criminal bankruptcy paralegal for over (16+) years & the (2) attorneys that I worked for where & still are the BEST & very very rarely looses a case & having been in Court many many times!!!! They’re extremely on POINT with their questions & are very prepared for their cases & watching & listening to this prosecutor, he wasn’t FULLY PREPARED by a long shot!!!! He left so many gaps & holes in his questioning 🤨 of this “witness”!!!! And YES I was also watching BOTH of the “witness & defender’s” body language & you where on point with your thoughts 💭 of their body languages & trust me so did the Judge & Jury😳👀‼️The “witness” REFUSED to make eye contact with anyone when describing his own deplorable actions in MURDERING what as he referred to as them being his “best friends”!!!! You could see very clearly 👀how the defendant was trying to “intimidate” the witness the entire time he was on the stand with his own “body language & eyes”!!!! I also picked up looking at the witness eyes while testifying & I could see 👀he had NOTHING but “ULTIMATE FEAR” & trying to cover it up so he doesn’t come across as being TERRIFIED!!!!! How this prosecutor WON this DOUBLE MURDER case does baffle me🤔🤨‼️I truly HOPE that ALL the parties involved are PROSECUTED & spend the rest of their MISERABLE lives rotting away in PRISON!!!!! My SINCERE CONDOLENCES go out to the mother of these boys & the family of the “mistaken” identity murder as well💔😢
I’m from Kentucky bro people think we’re a bunch of hillbillies but there’s not. Here’s the proof 💯 There’s more good people in Kentucky then anywhere in the country💯💯
32:00 a couple cents, yes I noticed he was looking down while recounting the part of the story pertaining to his own actions. Some people might try to say he’s lying and that’s why he cannot keep up the eye contact. But I wholeheartedly disagree in this case. He specifically looks downward. This could be a cue to the fact that he knows his actions will be perceived as deplorable by anyone present who’s listening to him answer. He may or may not feel remorse, and he may or may not see his own actions as being deplorable. But turning his gaze downward is something someone is likely to do at the moment they feel they are being judged by others, and he likely felt exactly that in those moments when he was describing his own criminal actions, which - one would think- actually does something to add to the idea that he is telling the truth.

I wish this comment was pinned to the top . Sad story . All the money this govt is throwing at people to come here , could be spent on a place for him to go , get school , feel productive, but no ….give us more issues to deal with.
Kids out here pissing their lives away and stealing the lives of others for what? Some street cred? A few bucks? Bunch of followers in the world.
The devil is real
No, no he is not real
@@indianastones6032Yes, yes he is.

Don’t kid yourself, there’s thousands of convicts in their cells at night wishing to god they’d taken the deal first.
Happy as hell that didn't happen to me....U right tho....😮
Good morning from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 great stuff dig your show have a great day 😀
Love the green screen, thanks for the video Death!
"Was she angry?" is an OBJECTIONABLE question.
Worst witness ever -- can hardly understand him.
Green screen or not..... IT'S ALL GOOD! We always look forward to your videos! Blessings to you and yours from Flint, Michigan 💦
2:28 lmaooooo I made the same face you did at that weird ass noise
To answer your question, the body language he was displaying while describing his own actions was pure shame. Stabbing the corpse of his dead friend is probably something that will haunt this kid for the rest of his life.
That dude has no remorse
If I were the prosecutor I would revoke the plea deal, he is not cooperating.
He has no regard for what he did
It’s scary these kids aren’t much older than my kids, so scary to see them throw their lives away for nothing. And take peoples lives away for nothing, so sad. If you are young please know there are better things out there for you.
Love your content bro !
He probably looking down because he feels guilty or sick of even thinking about it
Nice show Josh. You do grest work!
I’m trying to wind down and your ass drops this dime of a video lol
Love it bro
Keep up the excellent work, 💯 😊.
He was looking down when he had to talk about his participation because he felt remorse at that moment ❤
Time for the morning dose of boot smokin
Can’t afford to release any of them ever.
Agreed. They can keep these people
Bro I was having flashbacks with that court background 😂
I like the green screen quite a bit actually. Keep up the great and informative content sir.
Some people look for guidance and life maybe looking for a positive role model there are people out there I will use you for their own bidding my heart go out to the family members
Go look for punctuations, as your comment was difficult to dechiper!
This Cat ,has about the Same I.Q...and Vocabulary, as Fanni Willis, and Her , "All-Star" Lover...😂
That green screen is clean to be honest, not a bad addition
punk in the suit threatened the judge before💯💯🤣🤣🔥🔥
Man say “ do you people tend to argue often?” wtf 😬 lol
What a clown thru his life away
Was watching this a while back and I still couldn't understand why people crash out like they do
I don’t understand it either.
All you needed was a judges robe for this vid and you'd be legit! 💯% CERTIFIED!
Man I don’t know how I feel almost feel bad when he stuttered I don’t like snitching but some people testify bc an innocent was killed in some street shit, but he’s either needs help or he’s heartless and I can’t actually tell off this
It can be both. He needs help (prison) because he killed off his conscience (heartless).
Not the horse neigh at the beginning of the vid 😂 i thought the same thing lol wtf was that
that back drop is sick
Thanks again for posting this Video, letting some kids know the real deal..
He's speaking that way because he's snitching - he is trying to seem reluctant
You should do a video on Japan prisons. They got it right. A perfect example of how a prison system should run. 🕊️
Mfs be telling but try to play gangsta from the stand🤦
That part
Did… did that sound come out of him? What was that 👹
32:00 a couple cents, yes I noticed he was looking down while recounting the part of the story pertaining to his own actions.
It’s not a political problem…. It’s cultural
Death, what video editing software do you use? Thank you!
Adobe Premier Pro is only $19 a month.
