Should I been thinking from the start except for you would have to worry about heights but that’s really not a problem if you know how to cut seven things and make the engine a bit lower because I can see you not a lot of. Things that I could do differently that would make it a lot lower I would make the first set of sprockets extend out further so they would be looking at the front of the engine stuck out it’s very hard to explain but I would be putting the sprockets not directly under the engine I’ll be putting them beside itAnd with a few minor modifications this could work

We the Youtubists love these homebrew channels. Yours is good content combined with subtle humor. Glad you ditched the smiley-faces on every scene wipe. I've back watched all of your content to get here. Good job with the content and actual work. I'm looking forward to this project.

I wish I could like this twice. For real. What would happen if you took a more 'regular car' approach, by fastening the stock insight flywheel either to the 420cc engine directly, or with some reduction, to a shaft. Without having the CVT mechanism.
The one thing i'm sure that would accomplish is better packaging, Beyond that, I don't even know if it's feasible.

That is still a stock, governed 420?!? Man jimbo, you put that 670 with some performance upgrades and you'll have to start racing people for pinks! Absolutely love the content, my favorite project on UA-cam! Thanks for taking us along for this adventure! I saw a Honda insight the other day and you would have thought I saw a Ferrari from my reaction!

The engine is still more or less stock, just a slight jet size increase.

Please adjust clutching. I think there will be more to gain tuning the cvt then changing gear ratios. I am a snowmobile guy. Clutching is key! Tachometer is a must when adjusting weights and springs! Engine should be at the rpm that peak hp happens from engagement to top end. Love the videos!
