Then the final fight with M.Bison wouldn't have happened? What would the game do then?

I was at a laundry mate and I saw Blanka do his throw which is a bite but it would switch to Ryu doing a uppercut than back to Blanka biting and Ryu doing the uppercut. Guile could do sonic boom in the air. Next time I returned back to the laundry mate the Street Fighter was back to normal so I thought I was going to crazy but I saw people playing it at the time.
