Politics has become the new religion. The way people worship politicans is strange. They put their hope, faith, trust and money into these rich politcians that promise Peace and Security all while its filled with corruption. Modern Religion is the Democrat and Republican Party.

We are not losing religion, we are losing faith.
The problem is that religious or not, there are a bunch of hypocrites in all religions from Mormans, Catholics, & Baptists to Atheists, Agnostics, to Secular Humanists and any religion in between.

    • @christopherjones2669

Roman's 10: 17 anyone reading Word and going to church has faith. It is hearing and or reading. That simple. New scripture by one faith you mentioned means faith is expanding. New scripture, better than true Holy Bible, makes it fun and interesting.

Atheism, agnosticism, and secular humanism are not religions. Can anyone be hypocritical? Yes, including atheists, agnostics, and secular humanists. But it’s important that we don’t lump ideologies based on logic and reason as if they are just other religions. They’re not.

The Gospel is merely a hodgepodge of anonymous attributions to the names Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John. The Five Gospels reveal how much of Jesus is authentic; there is only 18% of Jesus' words in over 30,000 Bible verses (depending on Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Ethiopia Tewahedo sources).
Paul, who only carried the name of Jesus, but all his teachings deviated, who is he? Was he one of the twelve apostles? Did he learn and meet Jesus directly? Yet, he was the founder of Christianity, where throughout the Gospels, Jesus never discussed Christianity itself but modifying Paganism and packaging it into Christianity. In the Acts of the Apostles 14:12, "Barnabas was called Zeus, and Paul was called Hermes."
Even the two most crucial verses in Christian faith turned out to be false. 1 John 5:6-8 after examination, is a "Spurious insertion Johanneum." As noted by Noble Critics like Sir Isaac Newton; Manuscripts Corruption; 1 Timothy 3:16, 1 John 5:7. Furthermore, professor Bart Ehrman statement The Mark 16:9-20 is NOT the Original Text, thus erasing the evidence of the Trinity in the ENTIRE BIBLE⁉️
So, where are all the fundamental teachings of Jesus that have been lost? Jesus was circumcised (Luke 2:21), forbidden to eat pork (Leviticus 11:7-8), buried with a linen shroud without a coffin (John 19:38-42), and fasted for 40 days (Matthew 4:1-2).
Please ask with your rationality, Who are the true followers of JESUS, the doctrine you believe in, or the Muslim worship ritual that continues the teachings as true lovers of Jesus?"

    • @vvahyu
      @vvahyu 23 дні тому

@@christopherjones2669 Moreover, there is evidence of all prophets prostrating. Jesus advanced a little, then bowed down and prayed... (Matthew 26:39). David (1 Chronicles 29:20), Abraham (Genesis 17:3), Moses and Aaron facedown for worship (Numbers 16:22), the prophet Joshua (Joshua 7:6), the prophet John the Baptist (Revelation 22:8-9). Ezra prayed with his congregation saying... "God is great, and the people raised their hands and said, 'Amen, Amen!'" (Nehemiah 8:6).
To whom did they all prostrate to worship the One true God??? ... “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” (Exodus 3:6). Do you dare to pray to the God of all the prophets to show the TRUE GOD, not made by man, and continue the prostration of the PROPHETS as the only people on earth whose worship ritual includes prostration??? "Make patience and prayer your helper, and surely such a duty is hard except for the khusyuk (QS 2:45).

I think people are tired of seeing millionaire pastors flaunt their wealth while the congregation/members are still poor yet faithfully put their money in the collection plate. Yes, there certainly is a lot of hypocrisy among them just as there was in Jesus” day. (Matthew 15:7-9) Sadly, many people have been turned away from God and the Bible because of the hypocrisy of those who claim to believe in God and the Bible. The teachings of the churches aren’t based at all on the truth of the Bible or on the teachings of Jesus. It’s a sad fact that many people are unaware of what the Bible really says and therefore don’t know that very shortly God is going to make drastic changes on the earth for the benefit of everyone who wants to live in peace and harmony with everybody else. By means of his heavenly Kingdom government he is going to remove all human governments and everyone causing harm to others. (Matthew 6:10; Daniel 2:44; Proverbs 2:21, 22) As King of the Kingdom, Jesus will bring true peace and security to the entire earth and lovingly care for every individual’s needs. (Micah 4:4; Isaiah 65:21, 22) These wonderful changes are imminent!

I speak the truth with what I tell you. Oct 9, I was healed at “Our Lady of Champion,” Shrine the only approved Apparition site of our Blessed Virgin Mary in USA.
I speak not just from our Lady but from God the Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit. Catholics must see the truth about Nationalism. The prophesies of Marie Julie Jahenny stating: the “horrible religion,” that “many many Bishops embrace,” is not the Novus Ordo Missae aka The New Mass from Vatican 2 that many accepted as such. This false acceptance had a ripple effect through our Church and caused much division and damage to Catholicism throughout the world! The true “horrible religion that “many many Bishops embraced,” is the communist backed Nationalism Movement! In USA it is known as Christian Nationalism and they play a huge role politically with this new party that took over our Republican party in real-time.
MAGA’s goal is to dismantle the Constitutional Federal Republic Government of America!
Christian Nationalists hijacked the Christian name-they are a guise for white supremacy! In America the Nationalist Movement aka “Christian Nationalism,” has one goal-Dismantle Christianity & replace it with Nationalism, (aka Hate). The billionaire backed MAGA along with Nationalism work hand in hand, why Republicans and Democrats must work hand in hand to dismantle them-or America is no longer and religion will no longer exist, exactly what this communist, billionaire, private sector, “rogue”government wants, because they strive to dismantle the global system to bring in the NEW WORLD ORDER & lawlessness, so that they can use their reverse engineered “alien technology,” against the people of the world, to have TOTAL CONTROL. This is the work of the EVIL ONE and the LEFT & the RIGHT AND ALL PEOPLE AGAINST this NEW WORLD ORDER MUST WORK TOGETHER!
Nationalists teach hate, racism, and they fear diversity-everything that is the integral measures of the Catholic Church! The diverse congregation of all creeds, race, colors, converts of all religions from all nations is the congregation-the body of Jesus Christ.
These Nationalists will gather Christians of the 7 main denominations & Catholics up along with Gays, Jews, Blacks-all marginalized groups and persecute us! Please know I speak the truth! T

"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel not that there is another one but there are some who trouble you & want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received let him be accursed."
"For it is by grace you have been saved through Faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not of works so that no one can boast."
"Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord."
"And to the one who does not work but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteous."
"And whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall shall never die? Do you believe?"
"The work of God is this, to believe in the one He sent."
"There is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus."
This is the same message and program Jesus taught and this is the same message and program the Apostles taught. We shall stand on this Rock of Truth or else we stand condemned.

Your local congregation are your "friends", but if you leave the church or move away, your new congregation are your "friends". In this case, if the other members were truly her "family", she wouldn't lose them just because a building closed. They would still get together to do things they love and she wouldn't worry about losing them. That tells me their only joint activities are church related and outside of church they have no real friendship.

The biggest problem for churches started with the "prosperity theology", which has turned many heads and appealed to greed in the human heart. People think that's okay because "Preachers" like Kenneth Copeland tells them that God wants them to be rich - and he even has 2 private jets. Once greed entered the churches, I knew that the end would be coming for them. Then, the age of Trump came in which too many people preferred political rallies instead of hearing the Word and learning how Christ wants us to live. False "profits" of the "religious industry" opened tent meetings and spouted every form of blasphemy they could think of. Too many people now confuse church with state, and they prefer being entertained at political rally-style meetings than being serious about Scripture.
I hate seeing these beautiful churches being sold and even being transformed into condos, but money-making and politics have strangled our sense of propriety and our feelings of reverence. I suppose it is fitting after all that these churches be taken over by money-making ventures, despite Jesus' anger at the moneychangers in the temple. Our society has gone VERY FAR from where its spiritual and religious roots once lay. A great deal of damage will be done to our society - and to the human conscience - because of this, much more than we have yet witnessed. It is tragedy, to be sure.

The holy spirt gives us joy. Joy which comes from things other than the simple pleasure of consumerism which so many Americans have been taught is the only real source of joy in the world. God made king Solomon rich, yes, but his disciples were also persecuted and suffered because they followed Gods word and the bugle says they were joyous because they were worthy enough to suffer in the lords name. Gods gift to us is perfect peace, freedom from the slavery of sin, freedom from the fear of death and the opportunity to stand before his glorious perfection without any shame or guilt of our sins because God sent his son to die so that we wouldn’t have to.

I left my church (roman catholic) that I went to every Sunday and Wednesday of my life because, when my wife got pregnant, we stopped going for 6 months to take care of our newborn son. We planned to have him baptized and when I went to talk to the priest, he told my wife and I that we would have to attend the church for a full year because of the time missed to baptize our son. That was the last straw. I told them I will never return to that church ever again. A few years later I was liking to a friend who attended a Christian church, and I inquired about a baptism, and they said they would do it any time, no problem at all. That shocked me. To me, the Catholic Church will destroy itself if it keeps these kind of rules around. Last year I actually showed up to my old church and vented my frustration with the new priest. He asked me to give them another chance. I denied his request because I was so hurt that a place of God would deny my son his baptismal rights.

It is an important Sacrament, so many don't fufill the promises made. The six month course is to give the Parents, more knowledge so they can grow in Faith and hopeful share this love and knowledge with your children. Sunday Mass attendance is a basic requirement of the Catholic faith, as it is the source and summit of our Faith. It's better not to baptise your baby in the Catholic faith, if you aren't taking the promises you make seriously. We have allowed so many to use the Church for what they want hence why the Priests are changing that. @maryfrancesbillington2863 to be fair, 90% of the people I went to church with were always looking down upon my family as if we weren't good enough to be there. These same people would praise God for an hour, then the rest of the week, they were complete opposites. Getting drunk doing drugs, using the lords name in vein, extremely toxic families. I remember as a kid my dad writing checks to our Catholic church plus putting money in the plate every week. I learned absolutely nothing from the Catholic church. Every week, it was sing, kneel, hold hands, pray, stand up, and leave. I visited a Christian church and learned more in 1 hour than all of my time going to the Catholic church. I have the lords prayer and hail Mary's prayer burned into my mind. I never understood why I had to tell our priest my confessions and how uncomfortable that was. I realized I didn't need a Catholic priest to confess to, I only needed god. I'm sorry if i come off strong about all of this, but jesus nor God said any of these things the catholics do was mandatory. I got my sacraments, went to confession, prayed my rosary, and never felt a connection with God until I went to a Christian church where I felt welcomed and he pastor explained everything in a way I could understand. The pope is the biggest disappointment in Catholic history with the past few years. He has abandoned God by letting sin be ok. He's a heretic.

Not a accurate definition. Faith is actually associated with the concept of trust and trust worthiness not 'belief without evidence.' For example, trusting a doctor’s diagnosis or a loved one’s promises is not "belief without evidence," but rather confidence in their reliability.
I predict that you narrow down 'evidence' as merely as empirical or scientific which does not encompass all forms of what evidence qualifies as. faith may rely on personal experiences, historical documentation, philosophical arguments, or internal coherence, which are forms of evidence in their own right.
Here's a example of a philosophical argument of 'other minds.'
Premise: I experience thoughts, emotions, and consciousness.
Premise: Other humans display behavior similar to mine (e.g., communicating, reacting emotionally).
Conclusion: It is reasonable to infer that other humans also have thoughts, emotions, and consciousness.

In USA it is known as Christian Nationalism and they play a huge role politically with this new party that took over our Republican party in real-time.

People love to use all types of excuses to justify their abandonment of the faith and regular church attendance; I am guilty of doing so too. But the reality is that if we believe in the gospel and believe in the salvation that Christ brings to us, then it's our duty to attend the church. Not because the Bible compels us to do so. But because the church is the closest we can get to a heaven on earth experience. After all, the kingdom of heaven will be full of His creations singing and praising the King of Kings. We may as well prepare ourselves for what is waiting for us in heaven.

Yes that's true, here in Quezon City Philippines I have 3 churches that I can choose to go to just a walking distance from home and there are another 4 just a few minutes ride away not including an indoor chapel at one of our grocery shopping mini mall. But still all of them are full every Sunday.

When I was a young boy, our families went to church every weekend, it not only was the thing to do but everyone who did go did it for God and to maintain a healthy ballance in life between work and priorities in their lives. Today's harsh economy has forced people to focus more on surviving the rising costs of living, being forced to work multiple jobs to take in the income that is needed to stay alive and keep from becoming homeless, and many have become just that after have given up on trying. The only people who maintain constant efforts in preserving religious faith are the wholesome priest's and brothers, preachers, and people deeply rooted in service to God. Time's are changing in such a way that reduced donations shrinking availability of funds to keep church's financially fruitful. I to have fallen away from church but still am and always will be close to God no matter how bad things may turn to in the changes of this life. A church is a structure, a building of worship, but our true love to God is and remains in our hearts.

This is not entirely the fact that people are distracted with wealth and money but also as a Church we have failed to uphold the required Christlike standards. What happened to help the needy? To pray for the leaders? To live righteously?
Why would then the world around us feel the need for Christ if us christians are failing to replicate that?

Orthodox, Catholic, protestant. 🤷‍♀️ Returning to Christ, not just the people. But people, thats a bonus. No we are not losing our religion, we are losing our faith in those who profess it. Look at this video. The Bible clearly states that you will not make any graven images of anything in Heaven above or on earth below . The first thing you see is a statue of a Christ no one has ever seen. Religious leaders have decided to join forces with the wealthy and the corrupt. So no, we are not losing our religion, we just choose not to be a part of the political game being played by those who crave money and power.
