@@pauljohnson6019 Well given that Murray lost to eventual champion in two of three events played beat a US Open semi finalist and was twice a game away from beating Fabio it wasn't a bad few weeks, whereas Novak with the exception of Federer has not beat anyone inside world's top 15 since French open when he beat Zverev who lets face it is only just reviving his season so we really don't know how good Novak playing at the moment.
@@pauljohnson6019 Even at 80% of what he used to be, Murray is still better than the majority of the tour. He'll be back in the top 20 by the US Open next year. Aside from the big 3, Thiem, Tsisipas and Medvedev, the rest are average.
It was already nice to see him play doubles, now singles, and now he's starting to win matches again! I'm so happy to see him in Antwerp

Great to see him back and playing a high level of tennis again. To come so close to beating Fognini shows he's playing a really good level, and there's more improvement to come. Excited to see what happens next

Sad to see that a guy who's highlights previously would consist of absolutely crazy shots and absolute domination of opponents now only consists of rare wins against players ranked above top 10 and simple volley winners. Really hope he gets better soon because I miss his dominance
Hold on, hes just come back. It will take time, he has shown glimpses of his older self with some amazing passing shots. He is making progress step by step and he will be back to his best by next year.

He never dominated any of his opponents.Even against lower seeded opponents you would see Murray scrambling and junk balling ad nauseam.

Let's jus hope he keeps playing without getting injured again. I think No where in sports history, there is an athlete playing this rigorously after a hip replacement. We have seen Bryan, but he jus plays doubles and truthfully singles tennis Is a different sport. Whenever I see Andy playing, I jus feel horrified what happens if the femur gives away or metal hip displaces. I jus hope he doesn't push himself for sake of winning titles.his Avg set time after returning frm injury is 59min.he shd change his game like veterans rafa nd Roger. Siddu k all depends on the athlete Murray is up there the mussels around the hip are very week after the op but he’s one of the fittest players on the tour he’s the first if it’s kind for singles and with the technology and physical therapy he’s should be fine as Andy said he’s only looking forward and that’s great news
