Thanks for this! I played these so long ago & I forgot a lot, so this refresher was nice. Now I'm getting ready for PC Uncharted 4 day tomorrow. I played Uncharted 4 on PS4, but never finished the story, played the horde mode a majority of the time, so story time begins soon! It also comes with the DLC which I never owned, so nice bonus content for the PC version.

These games have more close calls than my farts after Mexican food
Moral of the story:
If you ditch the woman you can be an adventurer, hero, rich guy and main character who reunites with the woman time and again because she's totally into you.
If you do what the woman wants you'll probably marry, get children, get a house and a car and then divorce, lose the woman, the children, the house and the car. You'll waste years of your life just to ensure her wellbeing and possibly become a poor homeless alcoholic.
That's why you ditch her for the hero's journey as soon as you can. She'll follow you anyway.
