Woah I'm so early! Jenn!! You have to watch this documentary called Kumare. It's about this guy who performs a social experiment, and makes up a persona as a spiritual leader and sees how many followers he gains. In the beginning it's funny, but as you keep watching it gets more and more serious as people begin to confide in him with very personal problems. It's about spirituality, inner confidence, and trust. We watched it in class and I've never been a religious person, but as everyone left the room I started crying and wasn't sure why. Then my teacher started crying with me. Even now I can't stop thinking about it, and yesterday my teacher came up to me and said she was thinking about me and how the movie affected me. Since it's lecture we don't know each other that well, but now we have this closeness with each other? Makes you think about the bigger picture. Anyways I highly recommend it. :-)
Stretching before running actually slows you down, but warming up is always a good idea before running. Some warmups would be walking, swinging your arms, anything that will gradually elevate your heart rate before you start going at a faster pace. 😁👌🏼
I'm reading 1Q84 by Murakami! I love how he describes the characters and environment. The plot is a little slow, but I don't mind because the descriptions are so vivid.
I just subscribed to your channel! Not only are you absolutely beautiful but your video was so sweet and sincere!!! The world needs more amazing people like you!!!
I just finished the book "you before me" and i think it was incredible und heartbreaking.. i haven't teared up while reading a book for so many years ! it is a love story. however, it is more about the opportunities you get in life and doing things and open up your horizon. have a nice week, Jen !
Jen, read Room as a book! I haven't watched the film, but the book is one of the best things I have ever read. Have been watching you from the start, loving this journey with you!
I felt exactly the same about Room, such an earthquaking movie, with a beautiful, yet tough message, a movie that makes you feel gratefull for what you have, and make you remember to Embrace the little things...🌷
Your make up in this favourites video is on point! Plus the movie was amazing, very intense and emotional. The mind of the little boy was very interesting, it was obvious how sheltered he was being cooped up in that room for almost a decade.
OH my gosh, Room is one of my favourite movies too! This is the type of movie that is plainly indescribably amazing, I have no words for how extraordinary and raw the movie is. I love it so much! Btw, love your lip colour!
I've been recently really digging currents too! I gotta say that Let It Happen is definitely my favorite song because that break down is just too gorgous to even put into words. Also totally gonna look into the room now, thanks!
Oh my goodness jenn! Your favourites videos are my absolute favourite! You really put thought into them and you can tell that you genuinely love what you're talking about - not just the products that have been hyped up recently! Thank you so much x
From your previous book shelf videos and faves, I know we have the same book tastes! One of my favorites that I don't think you've mentioned before is Momo and the Gray Gentlemen, by Michael Ende (who also wrote The Neverending Story). It's on the shorter side, but it's so relevant to our use of time today, it's dreamy and elegant, and ahhh you just have to read it!
for a book recommendation maybe it's too classic but i would say "Le Parfum" story of a murderer by Patrick Süskind usually is not my type of reading im more about romance, slice of life etc but it's like a "polar" except that you already know who is the murderer , it's so psycological mysterious and yeah anyway! and it was a huge success in the 80's , the film by Tom Tykwer is also amazing!!! one of my favorite of all time (zootopia too now haha) :*
+Aïda B ha! its weird, I'm usually into strange movies, but that movie was very strange. it wasn't the concept of the movie that I felt that way about. it was more of the ending
Oh yes! I love it, too. And it's actually considered one of the finest works of German contemporary literature. Even though I like the film as well, I'd suggest to read the book first, just because the portrayal of Grenouille is quite different than on the silver screen.
+mer521993 really? this is so funny because this is absolutely not my type of movie but i don't know why i was fascinated about it, i watched it with my little brother (i don't know why i do that) but he loved it! bit i think it's also because i love history and it was in the 18th century something like that? it's like the portrait of Dorian Gray this is not the same thing but omg!! im so in love with this movie, i need to read the book too ^^
+Sue B im agree with you, i saw the movie first because a friend give it to me and only after i discover the book at a thrifted shop the old ladies around me was sooo excited that i took this book xD
Also! Room (correct me if I'm wrong) the movie was based off the book, so if you're interest, there's that! I heard it was good, I have yet to see both of them!! Lovely video as always btw!
So glad you're into Tame Impala - tbh their songs do have to grow on you. At first I wasn't a fan but constant replays make you love their tunes (and lyrics).
Omg Jenn, I felt the same way with Yes, I'm changing, I freaking love Tame Impala, and it makes me love you even more, knowing that you like The Walking Dead AND Tame Impala! My favorite part of the song is when he says: "They say people never change, but that's bullshit, they do" because it's so true! Other one that I love from that album is The Less I Know The Better, but well, I love most of their songs so... haha have a wonderful day xx
Jen you should do an everyday hair routine video!! Your hair looks so nice all the time and I want to know how you do it - please consider this idea for your next video!! Also, your makeup is bomb. Show us how to do that as well!
Jenn, I have noticed that you don't talk about designer handbags or other goods as much as other successful UA-camrs. Which I totally love because that way you feel a lot more approachable for me. What's your opinion on luxury products (not skincare)?
Hi Jen, I've been a silent viewer for years, even back when Sarah was still on the channel! I used to watch your styling videos to help me plan out outfits in high school haha! It's been about 5 years since then and you've always been my top inspiration for style. Overtime, I can really see how much you've grown and improved and how beautiful of a person you are. You aren't just a pretty face like a lot of other girls on youtube. Keep up the good work! I recommend reading Perfume by Patrick Suskind. I read it in my grade 11 english class and i still think about how odd and creepy it was to this day.
I picked up 'When Marnie Was There' this past month and sunk my teeth so far into it, I didn't come back up for air until it was done. I saw the film adaptation before reading the book, but the book just moved me to tears. Definitely worth the read!
A recent book I read that I loved was Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage by Murakami. (Hoping I spelled all that right!) It's a very real yet strangely mysterious story that almost reminds me of a coming-of-age experience, although the main character is a bit older than most other coming-of-age books.
Jenn!!! Love the vid and you great as usual :) For a book rec I highly recommend (and this is one of my all time fav books in the world) A Tale for the Time Being. Its a story told from 2 different perspectives: an author named Ruth and a Japanese school girl named Nao. Although they never meet their lives are connected when Ruth finds a washed up Hello Kitty lunchbox on the beach, some time after the 2011 Tsunami. Its a captivating novel about 2 separate lives struggling in their own way and it also has some philosophical thoughts in it as well!
Ahhh I injured my knee last week too and I just went to the doctor for my check up yesterday and they said I should consider getting a surgery. I'm so bummed about it, just thinking about the downtime, but mostly I'm scared! Walking, boxer shuffles, jumping jacks would be better for your warm up then stretching for your cool down! Get better soon! x
You look gorgeous jenn!!! 🎀The lip colour is stunning..love it! Definitely gonna try the brow pencil as well as the styling creme...my hair is awful due to the whole flat ironing :(! Thanks for sharing! Love your videos so much ❤️
I recommend you the ROOM book because even though the movie was very true to the book, the book has so much more detail aind seeing the world trough Jacks eyes is truly amazing and you feel so thrilled during the whole book... It's one of my favorites and I was really happy the movie was good. I love your vids Jen, keep up with the good work!
I'm so excited you like Tame Impala too!! you have such a beautiful makeup look going on here, could you maybe do a tutorial please? it's been a while and its so lovely!

Love your lipstick!!
Everybody hates the formula but I love the shade. I just added a few drops of oil and it's amazing now.
Your make up in this favourites video is on point! Plus the movie was amazing, very intense and emotional. The mind of the little boy was very interesting, it was obvious how sheltered he was being cooped up in that room for almost a decade.
LOVING your makeup!!! :)
Every month I am so excited for your monthly favorites, Jen! Loved it as always! My book recommendation would be: we were liars by e. lockhart

There's a class action lawsuit against Wen for hair loss! I would just be careful about putting any products on your scalp.
