This video has been the top highlight of my weekend! Many thanks. I am really fascinated from this wonderful celebration and this video series was the first time I got to know of Jola-Fulup People at all. Now I will appeal to our broadcasting station and urge them to report more about African cultures. I would love to encounter personally to this impressive ethnic group. 🧐
And point of corrections, the jola-fullup doesn't exist. Fulluppy people of Guinea Bissau are the jolas. In guinea Bissau, they are called the fulluppy people. In the Gambia and Senegal they are called the jolas. But the real name that is common among all of them, from guinea Bissau to Senegal and the Gambia, they are called kujamat.
Thanks!
God bless!

Is Jola people the same group as Djola people
Yes. Djola is Portuguese spelling and Jola English spelling.
And also they are commonly called as the fulluppy people in guinea Bissau
Hard to tell what's going on without some sort of narrative
Yeah you got to do that.
Nice culture.
