SOLBERN Model PTF-DPG TUMBLE FILLER. The Solbern Model PTF-DPG "direct filler" is the "Delicate Product" version of the versatile PTF particulate filler, manufacturer rated for gentle handling and gradual filling to pack whole, sliced, diced and chunky products into cans or jars; filling them completely or partially; even if they are not free flowing. The Solbern Tumble Filler is configured to shake while progressively filling, so as to orient the product within the container to achieve uniform fill density.
FEATURES:
~ 10 foot six inch long through conveyor with factory conveyor chain.
~ Manufacturer rated for speeds from 20 to 500 containers per minute, depending on product and container size.
~ Manufacturer rated for a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, dry products and specialty items to an accuracy of 1/10 ounce.
~ Continuous straight-line filling with no indexing or positioning mechanisms required.
~ Manufacturer rated for can sizes from 4 ounce to #10 cans, and glass (or plastic) containers from 2 ounce to half gallon fills. Rapid container size changeover without replacement parts.
~ No product waste, all filling is done within the drum.
~ Food grade stainless steel construction.
~ Complete with operator controls, including variable speed drives on the filling drum, conveyor and track oscillating system.
~ Air required, 80psi, 11cfm.
~ 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
