That's actually cool. If they turn it into a landmark, where it can be seen from miles away.

@@edgararanda8722 the Spruce Goose, was indoors, yet the dome became a landmark next to the Queen Mary.
This would have to be very very tall. Unless they're cutting the booster rockets in half,

They'll get the Shuttle Exhibit finished, but there will be no one to see it because everyone is moving out of California.

Why is Endeavour spelled in old English and not spelled in modern English, eg. Endeavor.
After all, this Shuttle is an American product and its name should reflect the modern spelling of the word as that is the standard way of spelling since it has been adopted by our nation of America.
One of the attributes of progress is to spend less time doing something, so having one less letter to tap on the keyboard saves time.
There are many other words in the old English language that would be applicable such as colour, flavour, programme etc. ( color, flavor, program )
The English language is an evolving language with new words being introduced, so hopefully the modern way of spelling some old words will change throughout the world.

It's named after a British ship, the HMS Endeavour, which carried James Cook on his first voyage of discovery.
Reminder that Americans started taking the "u" out of words to save money on ink with the printing press. Nothing to do with linguistic evolutions, as effectively all the other English speaking nations on Earth still use the "u"
