Painting alone does not eliminate cigarette smoke odour! All surfaces need to be washed thoroughly with Tricleanium or similar. Soft furnishings need to be replaced including carpets as the smoke permeates into the underlay.
Do not renovate every 5 yrs. Suggesting repainting that often is irresponsible and unnecessary. Most homes are redecorated about 10-15 yrs. Kitchens every 20-25. This gray looks chic in the moment but WILL be quickly dated bc it’s trendy. Can you imagine my 1905 house being repainted every 5 years?! In 30 yrs we’d be scraping excess paint. I also don’t agree that a time capsule home can’t sell, but it needs to be cohesive and amazing. The first was simply dated.
That woman Gayle was very ungrateful. She didn't appreciate anything that was being done for her. She was also kinda disrespectful and dismissive to Anthony.
