As a German I gotta say: this is probably the most realistic German accent I’ve ever heard. Not overdone, not too aggressive, just that little bit of harshness that would be natural. Much respect to you!

So glad to see ze Helmut is back! It’s been a minute especially him as a doctor. I don’t know what it is but there’s something about the way you portrayed Helmut. He is just so heartwarming and definitely would be great with kids! Even the way you talked to the ”kid” and described the symptoms of being sick, especially an ear infection felt spot on. The part talking about how it feels like you can feel your heart beat or hear it in the ears is accurate in a way. For me because I get pain in my ear (possibly something minor) but also a whooshing sound because of my tinnitus I thought it was air. It’s not. I hear my heart beat on the daily in my right ear. It’s not fun 🥴 despite that I really appreciated this video. We all need all need a Helmut! Ausgezeichnet!🤘🏻💙

I wish there were doctors who would look at this video and check themselves and evaluate themselves on how do they give care at the little ones😅
When I went to the doctor 1.5 week ago with our daughter because of her double ear infection, things went very different from this, poor child!😔

Yay!!!! Helmut is finally a pediatrician. He's so kind and reassuring. I love how you really take time to explain everything that you are doing during the exam. Side note, this week at school we are focusing on sounds and we did a lesson using the tuning fork. The kids' faces when they listened to it close to their ears was priceless. They said it tickled.

Jeremiah? Could you please do one of a father comforting his young child after they've had a nasty seizure? I have seizures often and having a fatherly figure holding me, rocking and shushing me after it would help immensely, even if only in audio. Thank you for all of your hard work!
This sounds very authentic, like a person born in Germany who spent some years in primary school living in England with their grandpa or something. Like the history yotuber Kraut or a Dr. King Schulz vibe.

I had a really bad ear infection when I was a kid and I didn’t tell my parents how bad it was until way too late and it actually progressed to a ruptured ear-drum by the time I finally got it checked out, so seeing this here over a decade later feels like a funny twist of fate
