It’s so frustrating and annoying that makes me angry! I’m using the latest app version, I’ve set location services, Bluetooth is turned on and the washer-dryer is turned off. I’ve successfully scanned the product barcode to get the number and tried to add the appliance, but it repeatedly says that the ‘device could not be found.’ It sounds from the other reviews that this has been a long-standing problem that hasn’t been resolved so far. Fortunately, the machine works fine without the app, but it’s not fully functional and I can’t use important features! I also sent a message via app to a help centre over a week ago and there was no answer at all! Terrible service!

As a blind user, this video is just loud music and no information. It would be nice if the video had audio description rather than annoying music.
