Kudos to a hero, Norman. Our cat went completely blind but lived in our house since he was 5weeks old and dies at 16yrs old. Animals can use their other senses like no other. Bravo Norman.

I'm sure you know as well as I know, that there is too much households whose adults don't give a crap to their other household or family members. Many other thing, like an alcohol or drugs, can be much more important for them than their own family members.

My dog starlet I got from the shelter is a miracle she is so sweet you can be crying and she'll run to you whimper roll over and over until she is on her paws then jump in your lap and comfort you but one day my grandma fell and the front door was open the neighbors heard my dog barking and ran in now my grandma is living .... Well she's always been living but she probably wouldn't if my baby girl was quiet

I have a blind dog too. He saved my life. Her name was River. I nearly drowned because of my brother. He shoved me underwater. He laughed and she sensed my horror. He jumped and swam to me. I was uncauntious by that time. She grabbed me by my bathing suit strap. She dragged me to safety.

Tip... if you ever get caught in a current that pulls you out to sea, swim horizontal to the shore, not toward the shore. The key it to get out of the rip tide by going sideways to the tide. You won't be able to swim against the tide toward the shore.

Dogs brains are much simpler and have much less cognitive processes, and they have been bred and domesticated by humans for centuries. If we as a species shaped the way dog's work, then don't we have equal capacity for love, loyalty, and affection?
There are plenty of mean dogs out there, there are plenty of mean people out there. In most cases, they are mean because of how they were raised. Really, dogs and humans aren't so different. That is why they are man's best friend.
