You will need an add-on-module. For mobile Connections GSM Module, with an antenna (or 3G r 4G). In S20 there is room for 2 cards, but I quess max 1 GSM. Else is for FXO/FXS (pstn and old internal analoges) For us here in Europé, the are quite expensive.

Why you are configuring DHCP Server on the PBX? If you connect to the Router wich have DHCP enabled too you would get problems.
