Thanks for the guide, really helped. I'm using S300 which has the same software/firmware. Just one question, when Click Voice Prompts -> Custom Prompts-> click Record New and assign an ext to record from? on the phone how do you record a message?

Can i ask one question? - If i would want some music to play first thing when somebody is calling, would it be better to use IVR or Queue... I did try Queue but sometimes when the phone is picked up i can't hear the caller, maybe you could help me - Thanks
