In the first cake, how is the chocolate layer not over baked? 20 minutes then another 20 to cook the vanilla? I bake all the tome and cakes usually don’t take 40 minutes. Otherwise great video

I made the rainbow cheesecake! It worked great, but the only thing I would add is baking it in a water bath. I did that, and it worked well, no cracking!

Mravina , 45 min is normal for that size. So, 25min then 20-25 mins . You should try it! It’s nerve wracking but fun.

Did anyone notice the 1st cake (light batter) isn't cooked properly in the middle.... The cocoa mixture would be too dry on the thinner parts after 2 cooks in the oven - this channel is pap.... See other comments...
