    INGREDIENTS
    - 2 lb live mussels
    - 1 cup scallions, white part, chopped
    - 2 Poblano chili, chopped
    - 2 cups seafood stock
    - 10 oz HEB Easy Melt Cheese
    - Mesquite smoked salt
    - French baguette, sliced and grilled
    - cold beer!
