I don't think it's right to call the ending of One Piece garbage. We should wait and see what the upcoming chapters bring. We don't know what Eiichiro Oda has planned, and it might turn out to be interesting. It's not fair to judge it as garbage before it's finished, in my opinion.
To be honest, I am also losing interest and it has become kind of boring, but still, it's not right to say it's garbage.
