I'm 65 and I bought my first 3 crystals when I was a child. I started collecting in earnest after my son passed in 2002. I wish I had the sense to do what you did. Now I have a trunk full of small stuff to move out. I literally sorted everything this very day, and then your video popped up. You showed me that I am on the right track. You have a Museum Quality collection.

Beautiful collection! I live in Canada and last summer drove 8 hours to Thunder Bay and got to tour 2 of the mines and dig for my own amethyst - it's was SO cool, I came back with about 50 pounds of the purple beauties 💜

I have waited so long for this video. I love crystal collection videos, and sadly there aren't many out there and good ones are even fewer. I am so happy to see a new collection video! You have an excellent collection! What bothers me is that you have so many crystals and you don't show them all. I NEED TO SEE ALL OF THEM LOL! Another UA-camr had a lovely large collection and she posted several videos showing every piece in increments grouped by color and it was perfect. I'd love to see something like that of your collection, but maybe with a stationary camera and all closeups ♡♡♡ Thank you for this video!!!

Wonderful collection. I appreciate that you shared it along with your knowledge. I have collected crystals for years. I recently got into skulls. They didn’t appeal to me until about a year ago. The female alien is my favorite skull shape.

I too celebrate the joys of collecting crystal and have a robust collection... and they have been an important aspect in my own physical healing.
I am finally healing from severe and chronic illnesses that had been part of my life these
last 10 years.
I have fully restored my body to full health through meditation & healing energy work and embracing the belief that I can heal...what also helped was not using language that reinforced
my mind body soul complex was in a state of dis - ease.
There is an extraordinary beautiful energy permeating our earth mother now.☮
Thoughts and language/wording greatly impact our physiology and biology,
Please know I mean no disrespect but am passing on that which has profoundingly changed my life and spiritual essence.

Hello, I collect mineral specimens, only Fluorite at the moment. Unpolished or shaped in any way. You came up in my feed, I was skeptical. However your enthusiasm and the clear joy your collection brings you is the same feelings my collection invokes in myself. I don't buy into the different "uses" for minerals, besides the joy of collecting, but that's me :)

Would you do a video talking about the care/cleaning/dusting of your collection? I've always been curious if people with such a collection simply dust, which seems like it would be challenging with the sheer number of crystals and particularly the raw and geode forms with all their crooks and crevices, or is there more to it than that? How do you avoid damaging them? Are some sensitive to sunlight, etc.? Thanks!
Larimar is also called Atlantis stone.. Yours is quite pale.. The darker the blue the higher the price.. Its a pectolite that's plentiful in the world but only in the Domenican republic its blue. It's not too expensive... There's a Domenican family that have the most amazing pieces and lovley larimar and silver jewellery. I had some rings and bracelet custom made with deep blue larimar.. I love larimar
This is SO informative, I've recently been gifted some crystals but I'm not 100% sure what a lot of them are. I'd love some help identifying them, how would I do this?xx
You can do ha ginger plants ..spider plants are excellent air purifiers.

I'll start off by thanking you for a well spoken and somewhat in depth analysis of your collection, and, compliment you on the colour coordination of your display.
As much as I'm inclined to agree that you have some lovely crystals in your collection...
I can't help but find myself in disagreement over your assertions regarding the locations/availablity/rarity of many of the minerals you discussed.
Whilst you were correct on multiple occasions, there was also unfortunately a fair amount of misinformation.
Without going into a lengthy monologue itemizing the errors I noticed, I would rather simply point you towards the mindat website for further study on mineral locality information...
"Mindat" as the name would suggest; is a database of mineralogical occurrences from around the world, it has lots of info regarding the scientific attributes of each mineral available in the market as well as historical data and most notably locality data.
I don't mean to cause any offence by pointing out that further study is required to be concise and accurate, we can always benefit from a greater understanding, myself included. I just can't help but interject when I believe that people may continue to be misinformed by a lack of accurate data, mineralogical data isn't exactly common knowledge and I suspect that there is a lot of difficulty staying current with the extent of mining practices in the current market.
I hope you get a chance to look through the mindat database at some point, I personally found it a great help in growing my understanding of the abundance/rarity of many crystals and minerals available in the current market.
Whilst the website doesn't have any metaphysical info on crystals, it has a wealth of information regarding all quantifiable scientific properties, and, with regards to most minerals, it has quite decent photographs to aid in identification when required.
