This is one of the most beautiful and powerful talks I’ve ever heard. Tara has such an amazing way of communicating both through love, deep compassion, and her great touches of humour! I’m sending Love and Compassion for all those here who also resonate with these messages ✨
I don't need to hear any other teaching. This is just so spot on. It's like a letter from God addressed to me. I'm sure there are many others feel this way and yet it feels so personal to me. It scares me as well. I'm aware of the unlived life I've been dragging around...
I burst into tears as your recount of Olly Neal (whom I've always known as Judge Neal) and Mrs. Grady!! I grew up in Arkansas, and met Judge Neal after my mother was appointed to the AR Supreme Court. He was always warm, down to earth, and a little salty! Thank you so much; I know that my mother's spirit has been accompanying me on my healing journey since her passing nearly 10 years ago. This is a WONDERFUL affirmation of self-blessing and compassion to all.
Tara, the way you speak, kindly and with gentleness to how we've gotten lost in our lives, is so nurturing that I can then treat myself more gently and realize that I'm not bad and trying to become good, but that I've been living in pain and I just want to heal. Thank you.

So incredibly timeless… Just understanding our possibilities and inluding all in it is our path to freedom:) Thank you dear Tara🙏
Dr.Brach's lessons were the catalyst that helped me reclaim myself, learning to extend lovingkindness and compassion to myself. Thank you
