Do you have a video step by step for the beyerdynamic dt 770 balanced if not you should do it please I want to buy your kit just don't know how to do it
In video you say than the single side Detachable cable is no best way to give a balanced connection. But i have Beyerdynamic COP, because this beyer proprietary connection is a su%$&* and to found a replacement cable is a real headache. Was thinking to mod to making easy way that take replacement. Could you give me any tips?
For the second one, since you use the original cable I guess that's not a problem? So no need to use expensive balanced cables? What is the advantage of the expensive balanced cables you can buy then?
Well.... I have spent the past couple of months designing a new range of super high end cables so am almost certainly massively biased but.... some high end cables do have better electrical properties. The difference is usually quite small and it is debatable how much difference you would hear but a lot of high end cables will have lower impedance and capacitance than the stock cables. If you don't believe in that kind of thing then. Ergonomics - Some high end cables are more flexible and feel nicer Microphonics - Some cables transmit a lot of sound to the earcups when they rub against things like clothing - reducing that helps general usability Looks / bragging rights - there is nothing wrong with having something that just looks and feels nicer - my wife's £700 hand bag does not hold her pens and keys any better than a £20 one but owning a beautiful, well made thing makes some people happier every time they use it.
Here is a video showing how to convert them to balanced ua-cam.com/video/HLfxeyZOQW0/v-deo.html Or we offer a send in service jfunk.org/wpc/product/beyerdynamic-detachable-cable-mod/
Several Manufacturers of balanced output have not same pins in audio output, fiio their own pins have, so it.s need to find in the net the picture of pins location. And after solder the jack.
No, that is not a good idea but you can cut the end off the T1 cable and fit a 4 pin XLR and then use an xlr to jack adapter for using them with normal equipment
At last...a jargon free explanation of balanced on you tube !!! thanks
Glad it was helpful!

I am pretty certain I said dual entry detachable is the best and single sided detachable it the worst for balanced
THX man, just ordered balanced cable for my hd599.
Appreciate the content. 200th like!
Much appreciated!
Superlux hd681 Evo should irewire socket or driver?
You would probably need to hard wire a balanced cable to the drivers or fit a 4 pole socket and make a custom cable
598's you say...I'll have to do them as well.

Hi I have a single sided detachable 5 pole 3.5mm headset with a mic, would this be able to take a balanced connection?
It would totally depend on how it is wired inside the hheadphones
Hi can hifiman deva use balanced connection?
I am not 100% certain but I think the deva has a 4 pole socket so should be able to take a balanced connection
@@CustomCans thanks
Hi! Can I use a 4 pin xlr adapter in a Beyer T1 1°gen (not detachable cable) and plug it in a full balanced amp (xduoo mt-604)?
