Quick question regarding time display on lcd screen, now that my time display is TOD which is exactly my time of the day for the camera, but how do I switch my time display back to the run time of the camera like urs in the video, for example, 10min of camera running time suppose to show 10min on lcd screen as well. Thanks a lot
Yeah I believe you're correct, I think it's the first in their line up to use phase detection, unfortunately with the lenses I've used it tends to hunt more than I would like, so I rarely if ever use the auto focus, (I tend to really enjoy manually focusing and the type of things I shoot are often more slow paced so it's not an essential for me), although I've not used the AF a lot with the latest firmware so it may have improved significantly. I don’t believe so, I’d love to be able to shoot 6 or 12fps for step printing which i think is similar to how Christopher Doyle shoots motion blur sequences in Wong Kar-Wai films (although he shoots on traditional film so I’m guessing will be cranking the film). I’ve done similar techniques by adjusting the shutter and I remember shooting at lower fps on the filmic pro app on iPhones back in the day and it was a unique interesting effect ☺️
Update: Gio scopes are arriving in the next firmware update and are currently in the new beta firmware (very excited to have them), I’ll be making a future video on them once it’s out of beta 👍

im pretty sure the Komodo uses phase focus and not contrast. DSMC2 cameras have contrast though

I don’t believe they are available on the Komodo, it’s just the traffic light system, at least not on the firmware I tested
