Honestly speaking, I was listening to this music right before this video for sleeping but I don't get sleep so I think I should watch some videos of my ideal. Sir, I always want to live such life near nature, please brief me about your job and how you manage work life balance
Right now I'm a student, so work life balance is good. In 1 month I start as a doctor, then work life balance is not any more good 😄 Anyways these trips you can always easily do on a weekend escape and they are very cheap as you stay in your tent and nature is for free!
Hi Patrick and thanks for the great video. I hope you do not mind me contacting you. I have seen your brilliant youtube video on the Liechtenstein Trail and wondered if you could help me.
One of my good friends has just got cancer for a second time having only got the all clear 2 years ago. He has 2 young kids and has already lost his sister to cancer 5 years ago. In 2021 I did a 310km walk over 10 days from my house in London to his in Nottingham. I now wish to fundraise again for him and was thinking of doing the Liechtenstein Trail as a new route as I am a travel obsessive and it looks like a good challenge.
Having done it, how possible do you think it is to do it continuously ie. all 75km in a day? The times indicated on the website imply its 21 hrs 30 minutes if you do it across 5 stages and I know you did it across 2 days
I presume across the vast majority of the walk bar Vaduz there is no lighting for once it gets dark? Is there any areas which are too steep / unsecure to do in bad/no light?
Hi, thats a very nice thing your doing for your friend. Haha maybe its doable in 1 day, so you dont have to carry the tent and all your stuff you need for sleeping. But its still going to be very hard. So because its not very alpine, the trail is easy, no sketchy parts or something like that. Its just maybe not that nice in the dark 😄 and I would recommend to do follow the Historischer Höhenweg as I did, because you follow the hills and nature instead of some tracks to villages that arent that special. But if its dark I think than its easier on the normal trek. Im glad you liked it and hope I could help you a bit. Good luck for the challenge!
such a beautiful country ✨
