I find it adorable how at first they stumble a little while dancing, but then, being more accustomed, they dance with the same majesty as The Lady and the Thin Man

@@Th4tSHAPESHIFTER well it is never confirmed that she is the Lady. In the ending of LN 1 we saw Six outside the Maw while hearing some kind of boat, Also Mono is the only one stuck in a loop not Six.

I like the ending of the original game.....but an ending like that would have been very very very very cute and tender.

Those are the kind eyes of a boy who fears being alone more than any monster or nightmare. Don't turn them into the cold dead eyes of someone who was defeated, twisted and ultimately broken by their fear.
The fact that this game showed how their fears have shaped them in such different ways without the use of words is an amazing touch that made me fall in love with this game. The fear of being alone and failing those he loves made Mono such a brave and heroic person that would face almost any obstacle, monster and insurmountable challenge or threat just to protect and/or save someone. Six on the other hand has been molded by her fears into a much more distrusting selfish loner who is often willing to cut ties with someone and leave them behind in order to be the best survivalist she can be, especially when she lacks the strength that people like Mono possess. I really loved how throughout the game Mono's kind, caring, heroic nature slowly wins Six over and begins to make her a much more brave, selfless and caring person willing to put herself in grave danger for the sake of someone else, for the sake of Mono. It broke my heart when Six looked so confused, sacred and betrayed the one time Mono hesitated do to fear and let the Slim Man take Six away to a place of pain and torment. Mono did make things right and redeemed himself in a way I've seen very few game protagonists achieve by facing and overcoming a world of monsters all by himself and putting Six's shattered mind back together again. Then the game decided to break my heart a second time when Six either saw the eyes of her tormentor in Mono's exposed face or just couldn't trust and forgive Mono for failing her at the moment when she needed him most. It took me days to get the experience I had with this franchise out of my head enough to not have it at the forefront of so many of my thoughts. Anyway my bad for this mess of a comment as I get really rambly when I'm exhausted. I loved the video and it feels like what could have been if not for the tragic circumstances they found themselves in.

Wow, how profound, I loved your comment and how you reflected on the history of LN and Mono with Six. I am fascinated with the franchise and the story on that level too, it is so delicate and at the same time so mysterious and beautiful that I can't get it out of my head, for me it is more than a game, it is like a story taken from a book by a great writer.
Exactly this, I get so annoyed when people say that Six dropped Mono because she is "evil"
Reminder of what kind of world they are living in, and six has been through ALOT of events and she is just a child who grew up in a place where morals seemingly don't exist.

Their faces are exatcly look alike Disney characters but better. And the idea of Mono being self-consious of his face rather than just being an apparently caring but mysterious boy, is surprisely fitting and cute. Keep up with the hard work. 🎉🎉
This makes me kinda depressed ngl because I genuinely cared and loved them and felt like I was protecting them when I was playing- like I wanted them to be happy and be safe and stuff

Did anyone else notice how right after Six pulles off the mask Mono looks like he was absolutly enamored by six, the way his eyes were a bit droopy and mouth agap. Or maybe i'm reading to much into it but great video! I've been obsessed with it for days :)

The way they dance, the fluid movements and the glint behind their eyes is just so beautifully animated, easily some of the very best i've seen in this community, outstanding work!

It was not possible for me to be emotionally prepared for Six and Mono dancing together. This is adorable, clean, and wholesome.
I love the motion of mono face. Even with the bag on his face. You can tell the difference emotions in those eyes.

I have to applaud you, it's the first time I've seen someone animate the eyes of Monkey and Six in a normal way. Seriously, the other animations only had the models as in the game and you give them eyes that fit them quite well.

To me, I consider this to be the true ending of the game. Mono and Six escape the Signal Tower, and leave the city behind, going off into faraway lands. Their relationship grows more and more over time, becoming closer and closer to each other, eventually leading to this scene.
This was so cute. I love their dance so much its so adorable and being a lifelong little nightmares fan this made me really happy and their facial expressions are so cute aswell. I love this

This is very impressive and very cute. Love how expressive you make the little gestures of body language, like Six leaning her head into Mono's shoulder, and Mono taking a moment to realize it. Also love the glimpse of their actual faces, with Six's almost wide-eyed sense of wonder when she works up the nerve to look up in contrast to Mono's embarrassed sense of shock at the end.

The attention to detail Is just as great as in the first one... From the eyes, to the body language of each kid... Mono's shuddering like nervously chuckling or slightly panicking Is so 💗
Their eyes... pal, round and glimmery with innocence, curiosity and surprise. It's a neat change from Six's usually small or blocked from View eyes and Mono's small and dark gray eyes.

Oh, it adds a whole layer of heartache to the characters. i can not wait to see what you do next man. The soft expressions done with the characters is shown well especially since we only get an idea of their personailities through their body language throughout LN2 but you managed to make the expressions fit exactly for both of them. I love the consistent mischieviousness that you highlight in each short. Six is a bit of a scamp and the moment where she yankd off the bag feels so in character. What a lovely halloween treat thank you.

I was a little surprised by the amount of detail that you gave to Six's eyes, but then at the end when we saw how fluently animated you did to Mono's facr it led me kind of a scared by the way you gave him the little squash and stretch animation
It’s sad the Six will unfortunately be absent from Little Nightmares 3.
Is this confirmed? I mean, we’ll have other protagonists, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that previous characters can’t appear. Will they really break the tradition?
