I love that rattly old wooden coaster. (I suspect there's loose bolts on there that aren't doing anything structural and are just there to make noise for ambiance.) I love that it's nestled into trees, I love that it slows right down at the top so you can take in the view before zooming down again full tilt.
Powerpark is by far the biggest park but Linnanmäki is the classic one. I actually just went to Powerpark for the first time and surprisingly their boomerang, Cobra was the best ride there. Pitts Special was closed but I got to ride Junker. For me, it has the same problem as Taiga, it's too smooth :D
Vuoristorata (mountainous track) is packed with so much memories. Kid to adult and so many generations. So nice it's still operating. Didn't even know about Taiga. Definitely gotta try it. Did they have the dark ride inside the watertower srill? Ill check your other stuff later. Good stuff
You’ve done a good trip and series of videos. Geeky in a good way and not as geeky as too many. I’ve watched all your videos, you’re turning them over at a good pace. Nothing too fancy, straight to the point and now you’re on your own, have a good time. You’re hitting some cool countries. Kinda waiting for you to go home and start doing a ranking on the Europe coasters. Let’s face it, Hyperia was a special moment and Alton Towers rocked. I’m clearly not biased:
Great video! Yeah it makes sense you wanting to go to that park again as good as Taiga is! Looks like a fun great park!!! I'm really looking forward to these 2 Finland Vlogs as I've never seen Vlogs from these parks before and it'll be basically Finland completion for you! I really enjoyed watching this! 🇫🇮 🇫🇮 🇫🇮
Wooden rollercoaster at Linnanmäki is my favourite. I also like to ride the first car. It is needed to get the speed right at that one hill to get you standing in that one hill.
Wow what a nice park this seems to be.. we definitely need a new top 25 after this trip tho^^ and be mindful of Zadra and how good it really is😏 but yeah cutious to see about many new entries or changed positions^^
Swingi has unfortunately had maintenance issues since it opened for varying reasons. A bit more than a year ago PowerPark turned their (around 30m)pendelum ride ''Typhoon'' into an inverting one (Typhoon 360) which caused swingi to be the only non-inverting one in the country after opening. Its a great ride that regularly gets 1 hour lines (which is not something you can really see in Finland.
Intamin launch coasters are just fantastic🤩 And the train for Taiga is just beautiful🦅 This ghost train was definitely tamer than Hotel Psycho, that ride was unhinged😅😂 Very curious to see how all of these amazing coasters in Europe are going to rank against each other if you plan to do a Top 100 again after 1,000 plus coasters. FINLAND round 2🇫🇮 and then the France parks are going to be incroyable🇫🇷
The trip never ends 🎉🎉🎉 Do you have off days to edit your videos or do you do them while on public transit/driving? Obviously this was filmed over a month ago but just as a general thing.
This is a long trip, alright 😂 That’s a great question, as it really fluctuates depending on a variety of factors. I try to get some editing done the night of these theme park visits, but I have to put my sleep first so if not, I also make time for it whilst using public transportation or in the car, etc.
I have a season pass to this place so I get to ride Taiga whenever I want, chances are I was at the park same day as you but just missed you cause I usually go for the last hours before close. Hope you had a great time in our little corner of the world! Edit: Also big agree on the skyloop vs skyrocket2 part! I seldom hear that opinion but I'm so glad someone else said it, I find Skyrocket 2s kinda forceless and the trains are really really bad.
Nice vlog man! Wondering how you got permission to film on Taiga, they we're ridiculously strict on the loose articles policy when I was there and not even chest-mounted cameras were allowed!
I've ridden Tulireki every time I've been to linnanmäki since it came out just to confirm that it's as bad as the last time I rode it lol. But yeah I ain't no Tulireki apologist that ride is trash
@@CoasterDash We are not scandinavian and it is not debatable. Just because some english speakers can't get it through their thick skulls doesn't make it up for debate.
@@CoasterDash Not debatable, since Finland quite literally is not on the geographical area of Scandinavian Peninsula. The term you're probably looking for is the Nordic countries, as that is more of a cultural region than a geographical one.
Yeah yeah, we got it, PowerPark is the biggest by AREA but nobody gives a shit about that place otherwise, Linnanmäki is THE theme park to visit in Finland.
Thank you for watching! 🎢

Let’s gooo!!!!! Taiga is my top bucket list coaster, so freaking excited to see you ride it again.

I can't wait to see your family's reactions to some of these parks!

Thanks Michael! That was part of the reason I wanted to visit those two, you just never hear anything about them.
@CoasterDash Yeah, I've never seen Vlogs from them. Same as the 3 Turkey parks until now too! I'll be happy to watch them!

Personally, I believe that Hyperion is a more enjoyable coaster!

Hey man, you missed a coaster at Linnanmäki called linnunrata extra, the coast is at the big round Brick house.
i think he did it last year

Ive been to Linnanmäki multiple times, last time was my first time going on Taiga and it was literally so amazing!! (Im finnish)
Nice
junker in powerpark is smaller but i think it got slightly more intense launch than either of taiga's

@@coastertron Thanks for watching! You have to get approval to film with a chestmount in-advance of your visit.
Please do a top 20 or 25 top 10 please I would love to see it!!
I’ll have an updated ranking video released before the end of the year!
Thanks for trying to ride the frisbee

Too cold.

Fun? fact : Finland is not part of Scandinavia.
Tykkimäki is another major amusement park in Finland.
Finland is not Scandinavia apparently
It’s debatable. Certainly, it has a lot in common with its neighbors, Sweden & Norway.
