Honestly a guy like Leslie Frazier would be fine with Josh. Frazier has been a head coach before and had a Waaaaaaaay better defense than mcdermott ever had with the vikings. We would for sure have a defense that could support whatever Josh wanted to do on offense with whatever coordinator. I think right now we need to be thinking more about elite playcallers than "head coaches" because the issues at the end of games for us have been offensive or defensive play calls or adjustments. Sean was supposed to have the defense solved but we still give up 30+ points on the road in the playoffs right now. So what is Sean really doing to do his part and get the defense going in games? The answer is what we saw Sunday night in KC 🤷🏽♂️
And to be clear I was pounding the table for Ben Johnson LAST YEAR lol I also said Bobby Slowik would be good too

How do we buy the refs onto our side? 😂 several times i watched the refs short-spot us. Especially on the 3rd down to Kincaid which was a 1st down but they marked him short. Next play the 4th and 1 and they shorted Josh again. David Portnoy said it best. "Put the refs in jail!"
Maybe a future show you could go endepth on Sean McDermott Andy Reid and Spaz when all three were together in Philly. History. McDermott learned defense with spaz under someone else. My point is Andy and Spaz knows everything about McDermott. McDermott was fired for bad defense. That's the hump we can't get past. There relationship. Plus, when we beat chiefs in regular season, we pull out all our cards to do it. They use that for playoff adjustments to beat us.
I did a deep dive on sean to that exact degree when we first started doing the show but yeah ur right maybe it's time to bring that back and get even deeper with it. Great idea man thanks! 🙏🏾
We need home field advantage through the whole playoffs. I think JA17 plays much better at home and he is less nervous.

Josh will win a super bowl but it won’t be with McDermot. Yall have a hell of a team and in my eyes the best qb other than mahomes. Mahomes got schooled by Brady and it only built his fire. From a chiefs fan we got nothing but respect for the Allen and the bills.

We had the weapons. I think the Bills are more talented than the chiefs. We did not have a good game plan. They did not have the right tendency breakers are the right time. The players did not execute and we were clearly out coached. The question is what coach is out there to help us beat the chiefs

@mrcuteburger6157 Offensively agree. 100%. But defensively a LOT to be desired. I want to bring that side along NOW and not go out and buy all these ready made gems that we really can't afford
