Those bedrooms are very small and the kitchen and living room are together that I don't like not enough cabinets space in the kitchen I like hingt celling I'm waiting for the next one I would like to know about jobs over there before moving

“Luxury vinyl flooring” lol. Definitely giving up something for those prices. “Vaulted” very low pitch ceiling spaces feel like double-wide/manufactured home. (1st two homes.)
Fixtures are entry level big box at best. Glass wall shower in master nice but is that shower door ADA sized?
Is insurance more affordable this far north and away from ocean?

Insurance would be roughly $1200 / yr estimated. If you’re renting it out probably a little more.
