Take the ball joint out and use a file for finishing the flat for best results

Hey brother, loving the build. Doing the same with my front Dana 44 from a 79 F250 that the previous owner put a hi steer arm on the passenger side, what arms did you use that line up with the stock tie rod hole?

this is the arm i used. this is the right hand (passenger) arm, obviously youd need a left and right to do both knuckles.

@@slothfabgarage8233 thanks for the quick reply, I already have drilled and tapped knuckles and I hope they'll line up still but I'm looking into options because eventually I want to run full hydro but if the holes don't line up then I'm S.O.L... I'm leaning more to Barnes4wd arms and hydro assist but I'd rather run double shear.
Can't wait for you to take that thing out wheeling, my rig has been living on jackstands for the past few months.
