Lovely video Hardy! Stunning videography and perfect narration - I certainly was entertained! I love the Angles Way, I must complete that last section to Thetford soon - you’ve inspired me! 👍👍👍
@@simonablokeinthewoods Really looking forward to your last leg of the walk Simon. Hopefully you get better weather than you did on the first . It’s amazing how different the walks are if you don’t go through Belton and follow the river. I’m just finishing a video on the ‘Island’ you camped at . Not stalking you or anything mate….. 😂
Another great video and location I love the Norfolk wilderness and it’s nice to see new places that I have not walked yet but watching you do them wants me to get out again and explore more of Norfolk by foot and boat keep up the adventures
What a cracking first video to start with being a new subscriber. Superb filming and very informative. Great to see someone local to myself doing these camps and walks and sharing them. Wonderful wildlife and scenery around my local area. Absolutely superb. Andy from ormesby 👍
@@berttaylor2728 it’s definitely a lonely walk, I do like that though. Some wonderful places to enjoy along Breydon water. Grew up along its banks. Thanks for watching . Hardy
That was pretty special indeed mr hardy , it was a nature fest at its finest. It looks a lovely route with so much to take in along the way , nice to to see the ROC was accessible 👍 I have a few near me that I keep meaning to check out. It did make me laugh when you did imitate a certain tuber 😂😂😂😂 , I can see a lot of effort went into this , so bravo atb Dave 📷⛺️👍
Thanks for watching. 28c? That must have been tough, clean water is very difficult to get hold of along that path. Did you carry it in or filter? Atb. Hardy
@@HardyTempestsWildCampsandWalks I carried all my water but was going through it so quick due to the heat The stretch from Beccles to the Waveney river centre crossing was the hardest as no water refills and very little cover from the sun
That must have been some weight! Did look into filtering but the amount of agricultural waste in the water is unreal, will stick to Autumn and spring for the remainder of the walk I think. Cheers. Hardy
Mate, I've always enjoyed your videos...but this has stepped up a whole new level! Absolutely brilliant work! That looks like a lovely walk too. We spent a few summer holidays around Suffolk, when I was a kid, so I have a love for the East Anglia landscape. You've captured that beautifully and brought back some nice memories. Keep em coming like this mate...love it! ❤
Finally a camping video from Hardy pmsl at the dramatic water buffalo part 😂😂😂 that hammock is crap I wouldn't even expect one if asked to review it let alone buy one hope you got a refund amazing footage as always I was just talking about you with Roney in the woods today saying your coming up here soon then this pops up atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
Cheers Jimmy, they are not good. Makes me laugh what great reviews they get. I was offered one but they expected me to jump through hoops to get it. No way! Atb mate.
Some cracking wildlife shots there Hardy 👍 So much to see I can't remember all of it to comment on. You do love a sausage eh? Question about your Goal Zero light. Do you have a serious problem with the on off switch? Mine sticks like crazy and it's hard to do either... the next minute it's fine 🤷🏼♂️ I'm not a fan of the Night Cat gear... looks a bit childish with the logo. 😂😂 To the Deer 🦌 Acting. Great to see you've decided to reveal your beautiful features after all this time of blurry side shots 👍
Hardy great video as usual. I’m going to have to give this area a try instead of driving all the way to wales as only in Essex. Ps I think you looking good 😉 ha ha.
My home is the Peak District but I love the refreshing feel of your videos and how passionate you are about your local beauty spots. Beautiful video, thanks you, best wishes, Sarah 😊

Fantastic video. I know all those area's that you hiked through. I was born in Great Yarmouth, but have lived in Belton since I was three months old. I'm not far from station road north, so Belton marshes is on my doorstep and my gateway into the wilderness. Love the Angles Way, and I've wild camped many a time along that route. Brilliant footage of the otter, and that breakfast looked the business. Thanks for taking us along the journey, really enjoyed it.
Good to see you back again, Hardy! If that’s Deet your spraying on your boots then no wonder they are disintegrating!! That stuff will will do the same to your tent or bag if you spray it on those as well… I personally now use Permethrin on my trousers/socks/boots, never even seen a tick on me since I started using it! 👍🏻
@@HardyTempestsWildCampsandWalks Yes, you can spray Permethrin on groundsheets/tents/bags safely, no problems at all with that stuff! Any tick that crawls onto anything you’ve sprayed with it - is dead and falls off within 60 seconds…👍🏻 The only place I know of that you can buy it in from, is from a website called ‘Purple Turtle’ here in the UK. Brought a couple of bottles earlier this summer, and like I say I’ve never had a problem with them or even seen one since I started using it.. Think it’s just a water based spray solution, and is only 0.5% concentrate. That’s how powerful an insecticide it is, very effective indeed against those evil little blood suckers!! You can also buy special factory treated (with Permethrin) clothing from Craghoppers, which lasts the lifetime of the garment, or 70+ washes! This range of clothing is called “NosiLife”. I brought some cargo trousers a few months ago, not cheap - but worth it for the reassurance that I can now sit down wherever I want while out in the wild, even in tick habitats safely 😁 ATB - Scott
