Rameshwaram is a town on Pamban Island, in the southeast Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s known for Ramanathaswamy Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site and one of the 12 Jyotirlinga.

Best route to rameshwaram tourism is via Madurai airport route , explore the temple city Madurai meenatshi temple , nayakar palace , gandhi museum etc .. then , you can easily got TN govt buses from madurai to rameshwaram temple ...thats it .
