- Gibbons are apes in the family Hylobatidae. The family historically contained one genus, but now is split into four genera and 18 species. Gibbons live in tropical and subtropical rainforests from eastern Bangladesh and northeast India to southern China and Indonesia. Also called the smaller apes or lesser apes.

Joanna Flores have you any idea if wla is picking up orphan baby santa who has similar story to alita and sabrina, mum dying 2 days post birth. Presently she is being looked after a woman who doesn't know how to care for a baby monkey.
@@nusratyasmin662 I would assume so. But unfortunately everything is closed in the government because of their 3 day New Year celebrations. It's illegal for them to keep the baby.
@@NaughtyNiceMacaques Thank you. There is a comment by a person who says she read in a comment that wla refused to take her, citing non availability of space. This is totally unbelievable because I haven't seen in any video that they have contacted wla or waiting for response. The woman feeding her is keeping her far away from her body when cleaning or feeding. Positioning for feeding is also wrong. It is a shame to which extent these people go for views. Seem to me there are seasons of tragedies and now season of mums dying leaving behind orphan babies has begun.
@@nusratyasmin662 Yes, I was just talking as well to someone who claims WLA said this. When we asked her where she then changed her story to well.... someone said it was in the comments. Just another nasty rumor that has been started. When someone says something like that, always ask them to please share with you the location of the info. Then you will know your truth.

Dear WLA staff, have you been contacted about another orphan female baby monkey santa who has a similar story to alita and sabrina,mother dying 2 days post birth. She is now 3-4days old and being looked after a woman who is keeping her at arms length and doesn't either know how to look after them or dislikes their closeness but likes the money generated by the videos. I have looked but didn't see any information about a wla pick up.
They are aware. We have spoken directly to Sitheng about it.

They are saying WLA will not help baby monkey Santa they call her ...i have defended WLA by saying WLA would never turn away any animal in need especially a baby monkey that has lost her mom at 1 day old so please rescue baby Santa and prove these ones wrong in these horrible statements made against WLA im willing to sponsor this baby monkey if she us rescued by this organization that I know will give this baby the proper care and chance at life that she deserves thank you so much for all your time and efforts that all do with WLA organization THANK YOU SO MUCH

Please go back to where you got Heidi. There's a baby that has been taken or kidnapper by humans just for the sake of making videos. The name they gave baby is Santa. Look site with baby monkey name Santa and you will see the videos. Baby monkey is stressed out. I'm afraid it want live and if it does it will be traumatized baby. They show loving or gentle care for it hurry and go get this baby and I hope you fine them big or even take them to jail. This help this to stop. I do not subscribe to them. I subscribe to you WLA
