Being Egyptian makes me really more proud of this man because I actually can guess his budget and the conditions he is training in, still he's making it on an international level, respect.
+Mathias E The gym literally opened only weeks before and is probably the best weightlifting gym in all of Egypt. Watch Mohamed's other videos on his facebook to get an idea what his training conditions are like.
I like to see this guy training - his mobility and mechanics are beautiful to watch, his moves are swift and precise. You usually see those kind of things with chinese lifters...
Mohamed is awesome, technically amazing to watch his videos, his speed and everything is just wow. Great video, you guys should do more of these kind of videos, do like a week follow up on each athlete if possible. It would be great to see the Chinese in a whole week training video
+Lavabug i think he's just trying to pull faster. there's no real training benefit to racking the bar for weight you're already accustomed to & the sooner the bar's on the blocks again, the sooner he can pull it. he's also conditioning force production while fatigued by cutting rest time between pulls, which is a debatable training decision for single effort lifts, but probably more valuable than needlessly racking the bar over and over again.
+tiagomalhao I'm also wary of those 'blade' style squat racks in the background. Every gym I've been to with those racks has bars with completely annihilated knurling

Ehab is incredibly explosive! Even in the warmup he is full of energy.
Besides being super strong, his flexibility is on another level. He places soo much emphasis on it
I love you ATG!
3:34 I thought that guys was standing on the bar for a moment

3 part
Rocking the Hani Kanama HP Shirt, Very nice :-)
Is this second part a trainning of a same monday?. I mean: Did Ehab train in the morning and the afternoon of a same day?
Yes
On those block power cleans, why does he avoid racking the weight? Less stress on wrists/less shock on the body?

great vid!
Great video man did he ever mention why he wears his rehbands folded above the knee
+Chuck Norris I'm pretty sure they're not folded; he just rolled his pants up over them.
Nick Sherman It looks like the bottom half of the sleeve is under the top half, just wanted to see if their was any reasoning behind it.
Batrick Pateman Probably just to keep them from slipping
Damn, they are quick!
What is the name of the musician
Is there coming part 3?
Whose the guy that works in ehab for the power snatches? Anyone know ?
+Vinny Wang Ezzeldin Thabet, 85kg Junior
+All Things Gym thank you!
I really wanna get this bgm file
Doing a flag on eleiko 1100e bar
Эхаб очень взрывной))
Fuk he's quicker than the camera on those cleans.
It hurts me just from watching him hitting eleiko bars knurling so hard on the stands

What does he do to get that freaky looking tricep
Genetics
goofy dudes all have the collars assembled backwards
They all pray before training...interesting....your will never see the same in Europe
+Fran Muñoz And what is your point now?
Fran Muñoz It's pretty common in America, from high school teams to professionals
Affenhaug different places have different cultures and it interests him
many Georgians (including Lasha) do it before every lift
