The extra 'S' was added because the name 'SILD' was already taken-and, if I'm not mistaken, 'sild' also refers to a type of fish. Within that community, which at its peak had over half a million active members, SSILD achieved a success rate that far surpassed MILD.

i’ve been trying to find a genuine lucid dreaming youtuber and i think i found them. when u said because i’m autistic i was dying but i’ll come back in a couple days and say if it worked
My whole point to trying to get a handle on lucid dreaming is I’ve always always had a desire to meet people I want to meet in them, as a writer I’ve wanted to meet characters. And I’ve always imagined that since they don’t really exist in our real life they may have a sort of existence since humans created them like say…if we create them here on this plane, they don’t physically exist here…but maybe because we created them they physically exist in another reality/ dimension…playing on the multiverse theory and alternate reality stuff. I want to sort of hop through realities to different ones to find them, or just summon them. What seriously started me down this path is one night I had a dream it may have been lucid I’m not sure, but in this dream I saw one of my favorite characters crossing the street and i immediately recognized them and ran up to them giving them a big ass hug. But then I woke up, but that’s stuck in my mind all these years as vividly as if it happened just yesterday. And I want to go back, this time spend actual time in the dream with them. So lucid dreams are my gateway and I’m working at it, and last night I was having a dream as I mentioned in my previous comment, in the dream i randomly remembered the poke your hand reality check which impressed me once I woke that I remembered that. But the poking acted normal so it didn’t tip me off on the dream, oh well we keep trying hopefully one day I’ll be able to do as I wish in them.
The DEILD is how I got my first lucid dream on accident by waking up during a regular dream, then falling asleep right away into the same thing and recognize that I’ve seen the same thing, and I did a reality check to gain control after that. The nap chaining thing you mentioned also works really well for me too since I kind of struggle with dream recall after regular long sleep, even with journaling. But with short naps where I wake up and fall asleep repeatedly, I can almost effortlessly remember every detail about my dreams, and I write them all down. I think since I am usually slightly sleep deprived, naps are the perfect way for me to get multiple lucid and vivid dreams since when I take a nap, I can maintain awareness and fall asleep instantly all at the same time.
i tried dream journaling yesterday for the first time, and wrote down the one dream i remembered. this morning i ended up remembering 8 dreams exactly. wtf
Dude you're the goat of lucid dreaming cuz u are the only one to make actual content about it. Also i see suplements as like 15%+ of having a lucid dream by doing an certain technic lmao
dude i watched this yesterday night and fell asleep listening to theta waves while convincing myself that whatever id be doing in the next couple hours would be in a dream, and it worked! i had my first lucid dream in months or even like a year. then i took notes of everything i remembered as soon as i woke up. there was a character who looked kinda wise and i asked him to give me some info and he told me in spanish (my tongue): wherever you go, let me know you're guiding yourself along the path' or some sht like that i dont know how to translate lol but it was epic
I used to dream journal, and I can say that during the period I was dream journaling I would remember like AT LEAST 1 dream every night which is insane for me. I usually have like 4 dreams per month that I remember so yeah it helps a ton
last week i had a dream while i was sleeping on my back then i woke up, i turned to my side went back to sleep and had another dream, then i woke up again and turned on my back again and went to sleep, and i reentered the first dream when i was in the same position and it turned into a lucid dream
4:30 wild doesn’t require waking up after 4-6 hours or being in REM, that’s a misconception! Any time you go to sleep can be an opportunity for WILD/lucid dreams, I’ve done it upon going to bed multiple times
I like the feeling where you are in a dream, and you have to run away from some people you weren’t supposed to be seen by, and then you have to jump over fences as fast as you can to hide

@@error4o461 SORRYT FOR MY SLOW REPLY😭 bro its good you were progressing with some awareness even if it wasnt the full thing. I would recommend starting slow and improving your dream recall first through dream journalling, it sounds like you should get to a point of remembering a few dreams a night to get started
I use a modified version of FILD and it’s how I’m able to essentially lucid dream on command AND wild! I don’t do the finger movements, that’s just an anchor it can be replaced with anything, but I just wake up and don’t move or open my eyes and lay there for what feels like 10 seconds then do a RC and I’m usually dreaming by then
This channel is awesome, MILD is the best method, I'll share a "method" or tactic from my experience If you are a complete beginner and wanna lucid dream next time you go to bed, simply pull an all-nighter or get extra tired before bed The less time it takes for you to fall asleep, the easier it is to stay aware and consciously drift to dreaming, and because of how tired you are you'll usually drift straight to REM (since REM is the only neccessary phase when dreaming, all other ones can be achieved through deep relaxation when awake). Or perhaps its just hypnagogia, who knows I remember the first time I did it I got so excited because I finally had a lucid dream that I woke up almost instantly, but I did have my 10 seconds of flying hahah Best recommendation if you just wake up whenever youre dreaming is stop identifying with it and it'll stop happening haha, its literally that easy. Stop "trying to not wake up", just whenever an anxious thought about waking up comes "cancel the thought" and continue dreaming. Stop trying, just do :D
i've been trying more and more recently, and i got one last week, it was only a minute or two but it was cool. my dreams have been much more vivid ever since dream journaling. i don't know how to be more consistent though
Good to hear your dream recall is improving. I would recommend just doing what you're comfortable with, you dont really need to tryhard unless you want to. take it at your own pace to stay consistent and keep clear lucid dreaming goals in mind to keep some motivation :)
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER thanks for the reply. since i made that comment i have literally just watched your videos for 7 hours straight. its kinda glazing, but your channel is really entertaining and informative. I'll leave another comment when i wake up about my dreams.

Dream journaling is for sure underrated because I've also noticed that's the common factor involved in me consistently having lucid dreams more than just reality checks. My dream recall has always naturally been good, but those extra details that I write down help me be more focused while dreaming.
Bro, it's like when I'm dreaming, I'm literally a fooking forest and those are good dreams but when i have Nightmare then I'm material thing, unexplainable to tell what i was, i had this same exactly nightmare till once i understand it and accepted it. Dreams are just so deep. better than reality
Great vid bro. I have been binging your videos non stop whenever i need motivation to lucid dream. Tho mild is not working out for me for some reason. Idk what i am doing wrong. Well my imagination is pretty bad. So maybe its due to that.
I finally had a lucid dream that wasnt a few seconds long but i got it by repeating a word in my head while being extremly tired, but things were wobbly and weird but i was able to fly and jump very high with no fall damage
Tiger I just had my first lucid dream on my second night using Mild and I also recalled 4 dreams I didn’t use those clickbait mild I used the original source Steven lebredge Mild when I was dreaming I didn’t even need to do a reality check I just remembered I was dreaming. Mild is very Op my first dream me and my friend were talking about how good wild lucid dreaming, The second dream I just remembered I was dreaming, The third dream was a false awakening but I went semi lucid, The fourth dream was semi lucid dreaming
Several days ago using wild i had my second lucid dream as soon as i closed my eyes(I was very tired), already inside i used a reality check and it worked the dream was not at all clear or realistic in fact i thought i was just thinking while my body was asleep yet when i did my reality check i felt air coming in my nose blocked by my fingers, the rest of my dream was more a thought of what i did in the dream than something realistic or lived

Ive been practicing lucid dreaming on and off for about a year now. Ive had multiple lucid dreams in my life, sometimes happening on their own. Ive recently found your channel and have been very inspired as well as entertained with the content youve been putting out. 💯 I can tell youre true and actually want to help people get closer to their first lucid dream unlike all of those other fakes talking about FILD 😭 Also i know this is random but i just found out that the house i moved into as a kid that was filled with bouncy balls didnt actually happen and that it was just a dream 🤓
Actually I got my first lucid dream using the FILD technique. I would love to learn more about the MILD technique. Thanks for doing these videos for us.
happy u got lucid from it :) i've seen people get 1 or 2 from fild, but for some reason never many more lol. maybe its the initial hype from all the clickbait. thx for da comment :)
For me reality checks worked realy well when i wrote an A on my hand and couted my fingers. I did this every time i enterd a room or when i walked stairs and this worked (but of course i used it in combination with mild and wbtb and dream journaling).
I think WRILD can work depending on the person I don't lucid dream because I want to know more about the topic and dangers but a while ago after watching my first lucid dreaming video I wanted to do it and had two consecutive ld nights without any technique
yea it can happen where you get lucid just from reading or seeing something about lucid dreaming. i meant that just like FILD, it COULD get you lucid dreams, but long term, not very sustainable (imo).
Weird I'm seeing your channel 4 years after I've stopped dream checking, it might be because I've recently gotten into shrooms and with that I've had some extremely vivid dreams that I could focus on extremely so maybe that + this is a sign to start again but feel WILD and Dream journaling WITH reality check consistently put me in back then, the finger counting everyday and looking for 11 is stupid I agree, but If you just focus on the feeling of counting and not the numbers then occasionally when you sleep you'll get lucky and try it but it won't feel the same as reality, but that's just what work for me back then. But man I'm glad this video popped up, good shit 😂😅
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER Thank you man, I wish i finished the video before commenting because it actually explains a lot. I actually tried MILD last night and at 1st I couldn't really recall what had happened but eventually I did start to remember where I was, design of the land and how it felt so once again I am very thankful and glad I found this channel and sorry for a long comment but if you don't mind the read I can explain the shrooms briefly, I have bad insomnia which always makes my sleep fragmented so In a sense I've always without knowing did WBTB and WILD, but after a couple years I started smoking flower, and the thing with flower is many people report losing their ability to experience dreams, that wasn't the case for me. For me dreams just wouldn't last as long or would be very hard to describe, not hard to remember just very hard to put into words. Fast forward to the shrooms, I didnt smoke this night and funny enough they were taking forever to hit so I decided to sleep and with the paranoia of waiting for something to happen I was naturally doing multiple techniques on accident such as checking my hands, walls, hearing, and touch because I was waiting to trip every time I'd get woken up which I learned is SILD from this video and I was also doing WBTB and WILD because since I was so paranoid with combination of my insomnia I would be woken up every 3-4 hrs or so. So I believe that with all thing things it helped me have a better more vivid dream about someone from my past of all things.
That's weird but I was able to lucid dream when I was 12 without even knowing that lucid dreams was a thing. My reality check was blinking eyes 2 times when I was in a dream. After 2 blinks I instantly wake up
Hey, love your content bro keep it up def deserve more views 🔥 🔥 Btw how long will it take to get my first lucid dream if I start dream journaling and using mild to start off as a beginner?
thanks. it depends on the person and a bunch of other factors. I would say that if it takes longer than a few weeks, you are doing something wrong anyways
Lmao just got back into lucid dreaming after a year it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve already had at least 4 lucid dreams by just dream journaling right now am Going to start doing WILD and one of the main reasons for me to relearn is literally so I can take extra driving lessons in my dreams so I don’t fuck up in real life 😭
i think within the next 10 years lucid dreaming will become mainstream as more people begin explore consciousness, coupled with technology allowing us to lucid dream with almost zero effort, maybe technology could envoke “coded” dreams that could replicate an environment over and over again like a video game in your dreams
try staying in bed for a few minutes to think about your dreams if possible, before rushing about your day. do this and dream journalling and dont worry u will soon get better at keeping the dreams in ur mind
You know when you are about to fall asleep and sometimes you wake up in shock as you fall from a desk, so today as I was going to sleep, i was thinking about climbing a ladder, the ladder spawned, but as I was still a bit conscious of ladder, while climbing it I said to myself one of the steps is broken so gotta be careful but as I thought that , I stepped on it, fell and woke up. that was me truly feeling the imagination or maybe lucid dream.
Glad that you called out FILD like that - when I first started trying to lucid dream that is one of the methods that came up all of the time and it's cooked. Absolutely awful and just a worse version of other tech's. Also this was the first video of yours that I've watched - you have a great personality and I hope that you blow up on this platform
I get better sleep when im not magnesium deficient so when i eat a lot of avacado or take magnesium supps im having more vivid dreams but its just a by product of getting good sleep.
I actually got a lucid dream with SSILD in literally the span of minutes, but that shit was kinda trash because I was literally dreaming my bed and nothing else but had my senses blusted throught the roof..maybe I didn't have much control Still maybe not my fav technique but seems effective I do agree with you the times that I tried I didn't get much lucid dreams..they happened using other techniques, imo this one definitely needs to be consistent to be very effective probably..I think this is one of those that it's easy to start with..but not to have results in the long-run(or maybe you just need to be consistent like I said Idk) I might be wrong though
if lucid dreaming was more popular tiger would be a celebrity
Imma branch out into different topics from time to time so maybe it will happen😹

Dude you're the goat of lucid dreaming cuz u are the only one to make actual content about it. Also i see suplements as like 15%+ of having a lucid dream by doing an certain technic lmao
THANKS BRO. and yea supplements not worth it imo
dude i watched this yesterday night and fell asleep listening to theta waves while convincing myself that whatever id be doing in the next couple hours would be in a dream, and it worked! i had my first lucid dream in months or even like a year. then i took notes of everything i remembered as soon as i woke up. there was a character who looked kinda wise and i asked him to give me some info and he told me in spanish (my tongue): wherever you go, let me know you're guiding yourself along the path' or some sht like that i dont know how to translate lol but it was epic
that sounds amazing lol, im happy for you :)

I used to dream journal, and I can say that during the period I was dream journaling I would remember like AT LEAST 1 dream every night which is insane for me. I usually have like 4 dreams per month that I remember so yeah it helps a ton
last week i had a dream while i was sleeping on my back then i woke up, i turned to my side went back to sleep and had another dream, then i woke up again and turned on my back again and went to sleep, and i reentered the first dream when i was in the same position and it turned into a lucid dream
sounds fking awesome
4:30 wild doesn’t require waking up after 4-6 hours or being in REM, that’s a misconception! Any time you go to sleep can be an opportunity for WILD/lucid dreams, I’ve done it upon going to bed multiple times
Ageinhippie has a hypnogogia series on his YT where he covers that a bit and why we can actually WILD any time of night
I’ll check it out.
I’ve heard of people dreaming in NREM, but they normally dont sound good enough to be worth it
Never knew you could induce lucid dreams. I have been doing it unintentionally since I was a kid but now I need to try
if u had em naturally since a kid it will def be muchhh easier for you to do than most people :)
I like the feeling where you are in a dream, and you have to run away from some people you weren’t supposed to be seen by, and then you have to jump over fences as fast as you can to hide
Lol thats personally never happened to me but sounds fun
Haha I had one last night I was chased by angry farmer because I was on his land. There's no way can outrun them.
you’re like my fav youtuber rn 😭😭
THANKS BRO!!

it deserves it bro
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER cooked well 👍oh btw remember me from that one stream where i would tell you if anything happened, well turns out i got lazy and didnt actually do anything but when i started trying to do what u said again and again i always almost got it. but sadly i never could regain full awareness that i am in a dream and just end up sometimes not even knowing what i dreamed. is there a way to fix this?1 😭 🙏 🙏
@@error4o461 SORRYT FOR MY SLOW REPLY😭 bro its good you were progressing with some awareness even if it wasnt the full thing. I would recommend starting slow and improving your dream recall first through dream journalling, it sounds like you should get to a point of remembering a few dreams a night to get started
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER aight thanks
I use a modified version of FILD and it’s how I’m able to essentially lucid dream on command AND wild! I don’t do the finger movements, that’s just an anchor it can be replaced with anything, but I just wake up and don’t move or open my eyes and lay there for what feels like 10 seconds then do a RC and I’m usually dreaming by then
that's just WILD

AAHH!! Im excited to watch😆 WBTB is probably my favorite it always works
Hope u like it Bellaaaa🙌🙌
This channel is awesome, MILD is the best method, I'll share a "method" or tactic from my experience
If you are a complete beginner and wanna lucid dream next time you go to bed, simply pull an all-nighter or get extra tired before bed
The less time it takes for you to fall asleep, the easier it is to stay aware and consciously drift to dreaming, and because of how tired you are you'll usually drift straight to REM (since REM is the only neccessary phase when dreaming, all other ones can be achieved through deep relaxation when awake). Or perhaps its just hypnagogia, who knows
I remember the first time I did it I got so excited because I finally had a lucid dream that I woke up almost instantly, but I did have my 10 seconds of flying hahah
Best recommendation if you just wake up whenever youre dreaming is stop identifying with it and it'll stop happening haha, its literally that easy. Stop "trying to not wake up", just whenever an anxious thought about waking up comes "cancel the thought" and continue dreaming. Stop trying, just do :D
Yo bro I tried the wild method and it worked! Thank you for making videos and teaching me how to lucid dream!
i've been trying more and more recently, and i got one last week, it was only a minute or two but it was cool. my dreams have been much more vivid ever since dream journaling. i don't know how to be more consistent though
AWESOME😭🙌Thankyou so much that means a TONN to me. Keep me updated!!
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER unfortunately no lucid dreams, but multiple very vivid dreams. I can tell it's close to happening. thanks for all the vids!
BRO I had an argument with you on a discord server like 4 years ago bc you were saying "dream journalism is fake" hahahaha. I thought you were a karen old yoga woman. U got me bro, top their trolling. GG great video, gonna get back into Lucid asap
lol im sorry i was always a troll😭
hope ur lucid dreaming goes good :)
thank you lord tiger for this wonderful production.
I HOPE U LIKE IT :)
I am still learning, I had a few LD recently, but I couldn't fly or do anything but look arould.
Thanks! “FILD is trash,” too f’king funny, Bro! My best laugh of the day. 🤣🤣
Lmao
THANKYOU SO MUCH BRO. Im happy i could make u laugh lmaoo, love you.!
You're like the sam sulek of dreaming and I love it
THATS THAT GYM BRO RIGHT. im not sure but thanks lol
Dream journaling is for sure underrated because I've also noticed that's the common factor involved in me consistently having lucid dreams more than just reality checks. My dream recall has always naturally been good, but those extra details that I write down help me be more focused while dreaming.
Exactlyyt
once as a kid i wanted to lucid dream like 2 years ago in 2022 i did wrild i literlay spent two hours writing+
"i will lucid dream tonight"
Bro, it's like when I'm dreaming, I'm literally a fooking forest and those are good dreams but when i have Nightmare then I'm material thing, unexplainable to tell what i was, i had this same exactly nightmare till once i understand it and accepted it. Dreams are just so deep. better than reality
BRO FINALLYYYYYY YOU MADE A LUCID DREAMING TIER LIST
YESIRRRR
Nah bro I would lowkey watch you play games and shit as well, your vids are goated
thankyou bro
Great vid bro. I have been binging your videos non stop whenever i need motivation to lucid dream. Tho mild is not working out for me for some reason. Idk what i am doing wrong. Well my imagination is pretty bad. So maybe its due to that.
i have never lucid dreamed in my life but i love this guy's videos theyre hilarious
thxx g
I tried Fild and gave up things are making more sense now
I finally had a lucid dream that wasnt a few seconds long but i got it by repeating a word in my head while being extremly tired, but things were wobbly and weird but i was able to fly and jump very high with no fall damage
reality checks and dream journal is an op combo without any methods
Thanks for the fire video as always 🙏 love you bro
Hope u like it Ketchup. LOVE YOU
How does bro not have a million subs yet

@@TIGERTIGER123TIGERCouldn’t watch at the time you uploaded but now I’ve watched it and it’s a rip ass video
Also I used to think differently on a few of these but since this is all objectively fact I now know the truth about all the techniques. Thank you.
(Viewer tierlist…?)
if i don't get S tier im gonna cry
DEILD is literally me when I'm trying to save my lucid dreams every time
actually agree with the tier
Fun fact: Wild is not a technique but a type of lucid dream like dild
Impossible movement practice and the anchor technique are both wild techniques.
And mild tries to achieve a dild. Makes sense.
Lmao dream gave you mad false memories dude😭😭
Actually I got my first lucid dream using the FILD technique. I would love to learn more about the MILD technique. Thanks for doing these videos for us.
happy u got lucid from it :)
i've seen people get 1 or 2 from fild, but for some reason never many more lol. maybe its the initial hype from all the clickbait. thx for da comment :)
For me reality checks worked realy well when i wrote an A on my hand and couted my fingers. I did this every time i enterd a room or when i walked stairs and this worked (but of course i used it in combination with mild and wbtb and dream journaling).
sounds great, similiar to SAT
Maintaining awareness is actually really difficult. I feel as if it is something worth practicing regardless of lucid dreaming.
100%
I think WRILD can work depending on the person I don't lucid dream because I want to know more about the topic and dangers but a while ago after watching my first lucid dreaming video I wanted to do it and had two consecutive ld nights without any technique
yea it can happen where you get lucid just from reading or seeing something about lucid dreaming. i meant that just like FILD, it COULD get you lucid dreams, but long term, not very sustainable (imo).
Dream journal is the best/most important and WBTB, drugs, and maybe MILD are S-tier
Tiger you are my favorite youtuber also how are your vids so addictive 😭
THANK YOU . AND I HAVE NO IDEA LOOL
But man I'm glad this video popped up, good shit 😂😅
i hope u can get back into your lucid dreaming bro :). i had no idea shrooms gave you more vivid dreams!
Bro you gotta make a video where u Just talk about wild dreams you’ve had
shi i have done that several times but i think i need to get more wild dreams lol
YOU COULD BE RIGHT MR CARTI
12:11 Bro knows exactly why we want to lucid dream
i know what kind of man u are 😭
I keep forgetting my dreams before i can journal, and I sometimes feel like i forget what happens a few minutes before i fall asleep.
try staying in bed for a few minutes to think about your dreams if possible, before rushing about your day. do this and dream journalling and dont worry u will soon get better at keeping the dreams in ur mind
You know when you are about to fall asleep and sometimes you wake up in shock as you fall from a desk, so today as I was going to sleep, i was thinking about climbing a ladder, the ladder spawned, but as I was still a bit conscious of ladder, while climbing it I said to myself one of the steps is broken so gotta be careful but as I thought that , I stepped on it, fell and woke up. that was me truly feeling the imagination or maybe lucid dream.
this sounds like hypnagogia, the state between waking and dreams :)
Banger video, subscribed! thanks man
THANKS BRO

Glad that you called out FILD like that - when I first started trying to lucid dream that is one of the methods that came up all of the time and it's cooked. Absolutely awful and just a worse version of other tech's.
Also this was the first video of yours that I've watched - you have a great personality and I hope that you blow up on this platform
im happy u agree loll it fks up beginners so bad with all da clickbait. and i appreciate it bro that means a lot :)
watched this before bed last night and tried WILD technique. i dreamed i was creeping w some weird guy that had other things going on
Should be studying but all I can think about is my crush and lucid dreaming
you got ur priorities in the correct order my g
Dream Journal and Wild is top tier I have lucid dreams a lot ✅
Awesome vid, bro
thanks brother
I did the wrild technique because some UA-camr said i will get a lucid dream 100 percent and i just waisted half an hour on nothing😭😭
😭😭 dont worry we all went thru that phase lmao
I get better sleep when im not magnesium deficient so when i eat a lot of avacado or take magnesium supps im having more vivid dreams but its just a by product of getting good sleep.
interesting! i didnt know magnesium had an effect on sleep like that, I'll need to look into it more
I actually got a lucid dream with SSILD in literally the span of minutes, but that shit was kinda trash because I was literally dreaming my bed and nothing else but had my senses blusted throught the roof..maybe I didn't have much control
Still maybe not my fav technique but seems effective
I do agree with you the times that I tried I didn't get much lucid dreams..they happened using other techniques,
imo this one definitely needs to be consistent to be very effective probably..I think this is one of those that it's easy to start with..but not to have results in the long-run(or maybe you just need to be consistent like I said Idk)
I might be wrong though
