so I dont speak English well, so what was the answers I have to charge taxes for digital products yes or not, sales taxes of Florida or in general ??

The answer is once you have Nexus, economic or physical, you need to register in the state and charge sales taxes.
@@JamesBakerCPA But what if I don't have nexus - I don't need to register, i get that :) but what do I need to do to handle it properly?

One more thing, hopefully you can help. These are for the XFL, They are being printed in GA and shipped to TX, the XFL headquarters is in CT. I’m not registered to for resale in TX, GA or CT. Not sure how to handle this? Can you charge me GA or TX sales tax and I will be the end user? Thoughts?

Hi I have a question maybe you mentioned it but ive been having a hard time trying to listen cause all of this seems so stressful. I was planning on starting to sell digital planners and want my market to be in the US but I am not a citizen and I am from Botswana in Africa. So I'm asking if it is ok for me to create this business and have it running for just a month without paying these taxes and put the business on hold until I can finally register it and also register for the US tax returns (i don't really know the correct name please excuse me for that😭)
