One of the best way we can also control flooding is to control the level at which people paved their homes. Everyone want to pave all their homes without leaving some space for infiltration of water when it rains, and this leads to more runoff contributions which courses flooding, especially if we don't have enough drainage capacity to handle the runoff. We also need to encourage people to plant more trees in their homes, this help to control the climate.

Kojo is one of those young politicians who could help build Ghana.
What do they do?
They come to the media a speak all the sensible knowledge but they never put them into action.
Why have they become useless to the development of the country
Go to their homes and see expensive tiles around their houses
Compare to public places like schools,hospitals etc
May God judge and punish them.

What we have failed as country is cleanliness and maintenance attitudes. Assembles should be able to mobilise funds through taxes on houses in the cities to develop the communities.
