- Kabul, now under Taliban control, is one of the most dangerous cities in the world. The population of four million people face oppression and hunger. Before the Taliban returned, some areas within the city had embraced a more Western way of life, with women eating in restaurants without a male chaperone, girls playing football, and families walking together in the markets and parks. That has all changed now.

Before US invasion Taliban with old Soviet weapons and after the invasion then now Taliban with modern U.S. military equipment and weapons. What a disgrace. When I was there in 1974 it was peaceful and friendly.Then the Wahhabist Deobandist Minority started in Pakistan reacted to the Russian Invasion and a gentler version of Afghan Islam was destroyed and it’s never been the same since pre 79’.It’s a tragic shame…..

Compared to the Israel government Taliban government are fine and compassionate people. No wholesale killing of women and children. A wonderful documentary showing just the negative aspects of what is going in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is more peaceful than ever after the rule of Talibans. They are just ensuring justice and rule of law for everyone. You can differ from there views but have to highlite the good side as well.
I have ride a bike tour all over afghanistan alone and have been there for last 3 months. You just have to understand the local culture and respect it and take respect back.
